disgusting service
this is the worst parking experience ever. It was my first time in the city. There are a lot of parking lots. I booked parking and arrived at the address indicated in the email. The address was wrong. I went to the site and checked everything again. On the site, you can click on the map and you were sent to Google maps with a route. But this march is wrong. I asked people on the street to help me find this parking lot. it turned out to be 2 intersections lower than indicated in the booking. I spent an hour of my time to park the car. I do not recommend this car park to anyone.

Parking.com selling spots that are not theirs?
Purchased a daily parking ticket via Parking.com portal. Upon arrival, finding out this location does not participate in online reservation and also not via Parking.com.
Emailed Parking.com customer service and never received an answer,
