Trapped in Poydras
The building was updating their hardware and I checked in Thursday afternoon and paid in the app from the QR code on the wall. When I went to leave on Monday they had activated new system and would only let you leave via a QR code that I was not provided. I had to wait 25 minutes to exit the garage. Very disappointing.

It made me 15 minutes late due to not having Internet in the garage when you park downtown New Orleans to pay need to improve the internet so it doesn't take so long to download the app scan the app you have to go through so much stuff with such bad internet.
