Reserved a spot and wasn't available when I arrived and no options for a refund.
I followed the address on on Maps and it took us to another location. It was full so we figured somebody had just taken our parking spot. So we drove around the block and found an underground parking garage that was only $15.00. As we were walking to Coors Field, we saw the actual parking lot we had reserved! The address they gave was incorrect and led us to the other, full parking lot! Had we know, we would have just parked in the underground lot to begin with and paid $15.00 rather than the $30 they charge!
We, and apparently many others who we saw at the parking lot, prepaid for parking and when we got there, there were NO parking spots available. We had to scramble to find another parking lot with availability. This should never have happened - why have prepaid or reserved parking when there aren't any spots available????
I prepaid but there were no spots available when I went to park. I had to pay for event parking elsewhere. From the "parking rules", it seemed there would be automated arms to ensure prepaid reservations had a spot. There weren't. Im grateful I happened to have the $ to pay for another parking option.
I was not there for an event and would only let me retain event parking for 25 dollars at a time that event was probably over. I was going to comedy works. I put a online complaint and denoted you would call me and have yet to hear from you
Very convenient parking in Denver. Parked here to visit Fogo de Chao with my boyfriend while in town for the 4th of July. Easy driving to get in and out of the city.
My vehicle was hit in the lot and I reached out for help. Nobody responded or seemed to care. Park at your own risk
I was there for 2 hours you charged me a whole day. Not a good a business move on my part .
Paid almost 100 dollars to park for an hour! Not only did I originally pay 20$/hour when everywhere else down at 15th & Blake was 6$/hour. But every lot was full so I got stuck with parking.com. A week later they mailed me a ticket for 70$ for going over by 5 min! NEVER parking there again! Taking Uber; what a total rip off!
Parking lot was small, but we managed to get a spot. Instructions for payment were posted and clear. We had no problems.

It was expensive. The app didn't work. I will never park in a parking spot owned by this company again.

When I arrived I found a spot and texted the code to the number on the sign however that did not work, I ended up visiting the site and whether I wanted 15 mins or an hour it costed me 20.99 where the signs said 6$ for 15 mins. Maybe they price gouge on how busy the area is. Not cool though would like a portion of my money back.

It was straightforward and easy to do. I like the aspect that I do not need to check out like they make you do at other lots.
The parking spaces were a bit small.....

you charged me to park..
Ridiculous. Get a job that provides social value to society.

you charge the same for 30 minutes as you do for an hour. this is basically a scam. where the "4 letter word starts with F" is your pricing? I have to pay each time slot to find out? I want my money back
The sign said $6 per 30 mins, $12 for an hour. I paid $20 for an hour and when I tried to add 30 more mins it was charging me another $20. I ended up having to leave.

Bad experience! Lot has a sign announcing $20.00 maximum. Credit card was charged $25.99. I called the company and got no satisfaction. The rep tried to tell me it was event parking. When no ball game was scheduled for the time I parked. Made a claim with the city regarding their false advertising.
I was supposed to park for 2 hours and apparently I got charged 60 for 2 days or so. Total bull and I will dispute
