Hello,
I’m requesting a refund of $21.50 for Order #: 914737504 on May 3rd, 2025. I was never able to locate the lot and when I found the address it was a store for cupcakes. The address provided 1408 Elm Street, Dallas TX 75202 is incorrect. I have pictures to prove the address is not accurate and it should be updated on your site. I will be reporting this company for misleading address information for parking.

Seamless service

More signs to id your auto and foot entrances and exits would help. We were totally unfamiliar with your locations and how to enter, what floors you are allowed to park,etc. We did ok until leaving. Fortunately, a person in the car behind us came over and added one key stroke that allowed us to leave.

Awful. QR code used to exit did not work, although paid. I could not get out, 5 cars backed up. Mess

Parking lot was very convenient for the location in which we were going. It had plenty of lighting, safe environment and secure getting in and out.

They just steal your money , park somewhere else .

I didn't like how much time it took for my payment and it's pretty annoying when vehicles are waiting behind you

i really dont know how i figured while cars waiting behind me. And yes i did try to do this before i left the parking spot.

It was a very easy process. It was already hot outside, so we did not want to take longer than need be. But that did not happen. We were able to register everything on the phone and get it completed within seconds.

After we entered we got text asking for our credit card number. I input it three times, It failed every time. Then once we arrived back after getting off elevator we tried to pay again. System wouldn't take it. Then we tried to pay at gate. But of course you don't have a back up where we could insert card in machine somewhere. Ridiculous. If one of your people hadn't stopped by (five/six cars behind us) and took our card and after several attempts finally got it into your system we'd still be at the gate trying to get out. Your system stinks. Furthermore I don't like the fact that you have a lot of our data including our credit card number, name, license number, etc., etc., I don't feel good about your lack of security with this information!!!!!

It was easy and convenient

Was litterly stuck in the garage for 15 minutes and late to my appointment due to the person in front of me not being able to get out of the garage. Me and people behind me had to back up around the garage with blind spots so the person could let the rest of us out. Bad set up and dangerous.

The pricing is to expensive. I paid $33 for 2 hours.

Getting troubled during payment. There should be machine at parking for payment.
