The online reservation and payment…
The online reservation and payment before attending an event is very convenient. When going to an event in downtown Houston it is so helpful knowing where you are going to park and knowing you will have a place to park.

Minute Maid Park Parking
It was easy to find the location and parking was abundant when we went. The location is also not far from Minute Maid Park which made the walk easier in the Texas heat.

It is important that people follow instructions because one of my co-workers did not complete the payment while he was at the parking lot, so his SUV got booted. The company rep. was very rude!!!!

Easy to use, QR code too high.
I would have given this a five-star rating, but the sign that had the app was eight feet in the air. I wasn’t able to reach it, but my husband could. Otherwise, super-easy and autofill worked great.

You cancelled my parking spot and I didn’t know. Then you created a second reservation I didn’t want. And I had to call and complain and your rep did not seem to care or make any attempt to make it right. The parking spot I originally reserved that was mysteriously cancelled was more than 80% empty the entire evening yet I had to leave my event and go and pay for a spot with the actual lot. And I have yet to receive my refund for the spot you all cancelled to begin with!!!
