The cost is overpriced. I would have chosen a metered parking space if one had been available. The app to pay is not very easy or user friendly. The app has too much going on with all the colors... See more
What i liked about this pay parking lot was the reminder of when your time was going to end and if you would want to add more time without going back to the pay station!

Paid $8.35 to park two hours 11AM-1PM on a Sunday. Rates should be clearly posted, before payment process begins. If demand-based pricing is in effect, that should be stated as well. Adjacent on-street parking was one-quarter the price for same amount of time.
Inconvenient Time Restrictions
We arrived early (4pm) to go to a concert that started at 5pm. The spot we were in, was free until 6pm. Your app would not let me pay for the spot I was in until 6pm. So an hour or more into the concert, I’m trying to find my license plate number and get on this app again, in order to pay for my spot, so I don’t get a ticket. This is not really what I wanted to be doing during the concert. It would be nice if (even if the spot is “free” for the next 2 hours) we could pay for the spot we’re in, ahead of time, if we know we will be there for a while, as I ended up paying for a 6 hour slot (6pm-12am).

Location is nice but the pricing is way high.
Location is nice but the pricing for just two hours is ridiculous plus the limited parking on the weekends is crazy. I go to downtown Denver and don’t pay such a high price for parking.

My first time using this and was easy to menouver the QR code option. And appreciated the reminder of time was nearing to extend time or plan our exit.
Refund for unused time
There should be an option to end parking if I’m leaving somewhere before the parking expires and I get a refund for the difference. Other parking apps do that
Confusing signs and Expensive
Where to park is way too confusing and the amount paid is absolutely ridiculous for an hour and a half.
Credit Card Compromised
I scanned the QR code to pay for parking and I immediately received fraud alerts from my bank. I had to have my debit card deactivated which is a huge inconvenience.
Parking was far more expensive
Parking was far more expensive. Over $10 for 2.5 hours right next to street parking. I do not recommend
Pain in the ASS to use
This system is a pain in the ass to use. The website takes forever to load. There’s no option for Apple Pay so I had to manually enter my card, there’s no app. I mean, welcome to the 21st century. This parking system is absolute crap.
Outrageous pricing and will never use again!
I was charged over $8 to use a parking spot for ONE hour! 🖕🏼
Easy to set up
Easy to set up. Nice that it allows for multiple parking opportunities. A little on the pricey side.

There needs be better clarity to the signs for “Saturday/Sunday all day”. What does that really mean? What are you to be paying? I paid for 6 hours on Sunday, $10.35 and only stayed for about 2.5hours. Was I to pay for 2 hours initially. Useful lot for the location though. Visiting from the USVI.

Disappointed- The sign had $5.00 the first two hours. You charged my account $8.35 and we were there for a little over an hour, less than two hours.
Payment machines don't take tickets
The last two times, my ticket won't take in the machine no matter which way I face it. I thought it was me the first time, now I know it's the machine (or the tickets)
The parking is in a great spot however
The parking is in a great spot however, it’s not well lit and when downtown especially, it would be great to have a few more lights for safety reasons!
