Experience was great, and easy.

My car was locked in the garage because there was no sign stating that it closed at 11pm on Friday and won’t be opening until Monday. I was standing in the rain looking for answers and the number provided on the building wasn’t for the location I was at -1000000/10

What I like about This Garage that it’s close to where I go in that area but what I don’t like About it that it’s too expensive.

It was easy to get in the garage however when I went to exit a few hours later I went to the wrong level in the garage and could not get back in the building. All the doors back in the building were locked. Thankfully someone was coming out and let me in so that I could go back to the lobby and have security give me access to the correct level. Once I reached my car, it was easy to exit out of the garage.

Reserving the parking spot, entering the garage to park and exiting the garage were a breeze.

They have a misleading sign at the entrance of the garage. They charged me almost the double of the price. Nobody answers the phone or emails.

Ease of use, in and out

Clean, method of payment is easy to use. A little struggle when you enter the parking. When the attendant is not present at his desk to provide instructions, there should be a guide how to get to find the scanner sign.

Bogus tickets and nobody to answer questions. Even when I validate they still have ticket. They are crooks

You guys don't have any person who assist or guide to pay.

I used Parking.com for the parking my car in Washington D.C. It was really easy to get an overview of free parking areas and to book it. It was also easy to find the garage and to park the car there. As this garage Since this garage has no barriers at the entrance and exit, it would be helpful to provide information that the video surveillance system starts to be used when you enter and that no further registrations are necessary.

Paying for parking is hard and no one answers phone tried to pay as exiting and it said to let your a drive off I have email and no one has even contacted me to discuss this issue

Very convenient and easy. Too much crazy stuff is happening these days, they ad least need a parking lot attendant.
