Paid for my spot however attendant told us we were in the wrong spot. That the address given was across the street. Drove across the street and was told we were in the wrong spot & the initial place we went to was correct. (GPS also showed that the initially spot we drove to was the correct place. By this time, we just parked on the street as off- street parking was open.
If we weren’t in a rush, we would have argued about where I paid for parking.

I reserved and paid for a spot online two days before the concert. When I arrived all spots have been filled. No attendant was on the property. I had to find another parking lot.

Multiple vehicles were parked across two spaces and there were 2 oversized trucks-clearly this is not monitored in any capacity-towing is not done and there is zero enforcement of how vehicles are parked. Total rip off-parking in this lot was impossible without incurring damage to your vehicle.

We had went to pick up friend. Unfamiliar with this area we pulled in and paid for 3 hours. Left in less than 10 minutes. Never got out of car when we realized from our friend we were trying to help we were in wrong place. No way to call or get any refund. Hoping they make it right. They could check and see just how long we were there.

$25.99 for one hour is what went wrong. F'in highway robbery!

Pricing was listed as $25 due to Battlehawks game, but final price charged was $40.99 because of “event pricing”. Shouldn’t that have already been taken into account with the parking as advertised at $25 for the Battlehawks game? I feel bait and switched.

I picked the event price of $25 for the STL Battlehawks game, but was charged by the hour. A total of $40. Feels very much like a scam.

We used a posted QR code for ease of payment, which was good, but we found when we returned to our car that we over paid by 40 dollars.

The app wouldn’t work for me so I had to delete it after calling the service number who told me I was SOL if the app didn’t work again. The QR code took me to the website after deleting the app and it finally worked after 30 min of trying.

There were several people lined up because the directions were unclear and we were unable to use our debit cards at the machine

We park there for tailgating - would be nice if had access to bathroom.

Many QR signs makes it easy to scan regardless of where you park in the lot.

The price is way too expensive

I wouldn’t give it one star! Got to the lot it was completely full. Didn’t have a reserved spot like you said! Drove around for a hour looking for somewhere to park! You just took my money! No attendant like it should be people just pulling in and scanning to park there that did not buy on line before getting there Don’t ever buy a ticket before you get there because there will be no parking and you will have to pay again!! Over rated! Thought we had a parking place when we got there so we didn’t have to search for one!! We was suppose to be in 1101 Washington st St. Louis mo

Confusing pricing structure, lot was not properly cleaned - icy, slippery and the parking spaces were not clear resulting in a loss of space.

I paid for the parking in advance and then couldn’t even find the parking lot so I paid for nothing. It was not clearly marked. We drove and walked around the block it was marked with on the map and couldn’t find it.

I received a parking ticket on my car despite paying ahead.
