Parking tower did not have a record of my online purchase. AND…I was sent a letter to pay a fine due to the DC location at 11 Dupont Circle attendant did not show that I paid EVEN THOUGH I showed them a printed receipt!!

Your online reservation is flawed . I booked for Thursday February 13 from 10:30 AM until 2:30 PM Car plate PH8451 at 11 DuPont Circle NW..I paid $20, and cancelled because the reservation was changed by the computer. I cancelled the first and then the second $20 and finally I paid the third $20. Can you ensure I receive back the $40 paid on my Credit Card

The parking was a convenient location, it was very clean, and the attendant was very helpful and friendly.

Pleasanr clean facility with a friendly staff.

The address is misleading as you must turn off the circle and once you turn, there is no immediate or obvious entry point or sign.

Staffer was very nice.

Good price for Keegan matinee. The underground entrance was VERY steep and scared me.

Plenty of parking in the garage. Good sized spaces. No elevator or even stairs so we walked back out the way we came in.

Good option for city parking. If the web site were a bit more intuitive, I would have given five stars.

So glad they’re open once again on weekends! This lot is so convenient to two DMV theatres that I frequent Theatre J and Keegan in addition to being near the The Phillips Collection, The Women’s Democratic Club and dozens of restaurants and shops.

It was pretty smooth, convenient & gave the peace of mind I'm looking for in parking.

Good luck fitting a wide sedan much less a truck in here. Not to mention the 20 ft ramp going down, into the garage. Very risky, and in fact spots are not held. Your parking pass is not guaranteed since it’s first come first serve. Smfh

Map view showing location, price, reservation option, garage picture, entrance from which side of street were very helpful. Main reason for cancellation was coming in/out of the lot was not allowed between the initial entrance and final exit reservation time. Negation description whether parking lot allows coming in/out would be very helpful.

Apparently reserving and paying for a spot online doesn’t guarantee that there will be spots available. The lot is poorly labeled and not worth the hassle.

It was difficult to park because of all the pillars. Then to leave we had to walk thru the parking area and up a steep incline which was difficult since we are older.

Your corporate staff helped fix the problem but was disappointed your parking lot attendant was unable to access my pre-paid parking ticket posted as suggested in my Apple Wallet. Had to pay full price rather than the discounted rate negotiated by the theater performing the show we attended. .
