The booking process went fine however, the booking pass says to use it. I need to scan my QR code. There is no QR code on the pass.

Ease of making the reservation. The garage was well lit and had staff at the enterance.

There was nothing to scan when I pulled into the lot. The scan bars at the parking spot took me to a different parking site and wanted to charge me again. I had to walk down to the attendant booth and speak with someone to even confirm I was in the right place and that I was fine where I parked. Very confusing.

Booked a space for last Friday 2/14/25 9:00 am check in and when we got there the garage was closed for the day. Would like my money back since I had no spot…

We made a reservation that was not honored upon arrival. Our spot was sold to someone else prior to arrival. We were denied entry to the lot and offered no refund. We were told we were out of luck.

Very deceptive service-- nowhere does it warn the person who pays in advance that the garage selected may well be FULL when you arrive.

Also, the pass that is printed upon payment instructs you to scan a QR code at the garage, but some passes apparently don't provide a QR code-- I had to call parking.com and wait 15 min for the answer that the code isn't needed.

Great access and easy access make this parking location great and good choice of restaurants in the neighborhood

Everything worked - online reservation, good deal, good parking structure, great location. We didn't like the rather rundown-looking entrance and elevator we used. The instructions provided by the reservation process were superseded by an even better, if initially confusing, experience: Cameras read our license plate and everything was handled automatically - no QR code necessary.

It was very convenient to renew the time we needed on our parking from the app from the comfort of our hotel.
Very reasonable prices compared to others in the area.

Great price for overnight parking in Center City, Philadelphia

The parking assistant was the best. She helped me with the scanning since I didn’t know how it worked. Very pleasant and helpful.

To access was wonderful and pleasant with pay ahead. We paid for 43 hours, but came to get the car 20 minutes late. We paid $44 for the 43 hours and was forced to pay $13 more for being 20 minutes late. There was no easy way to extend nor was there obvious notice that we would get ripped of for 20 minutes extra. The garage was not full by any means.

Bought 3 days at $75 only to arrive and find out that this is NOT an in-and-out garage! What a terrible situation to be in! We came from 6 hours away not knowing this and need to leave and return for 3 days! Come on! Bogus!

I prepaid for my parking and when i got there, the code would not scan, said 'invalid code' So i basically paid double, as I prepaid AND I had to pay onsite since the code didn't work.

One minute over the time and had to pay extra. We would have been on time but the elevator in the garage was broken!

The staff there is very attentive and helpful I would definitely park there again
