Do not order from this company, ordered boots that were supposed to be leather but when they turned up were made of synthetic materials and of extremely poor quality. Sent email to return and get my money back and got no reply. Company is a SCAM

Travel outfit arrived and looked like a $5 TEMU buy. Terrible fabric and ill fitting. When I tried to return it is a Chinese company and the item needed to be returned to China which would have cost me $34 and the post office told me it would be a waste of my money as she had been told that many products don’t make it to the end destination! SCAM

I ordered using there guidelines post postage times.
Weeks later my items were not sent, no reply of them.
Still waiting to see if I actually receive anything .

So so dodgy.. avoid at all costs. It took two months to receive my products and only after relentlessly contacting their “customer service”. Dodgy drop-shipping company who still haven’t answered basic questions like the material of some earrings I purchased. Also only sent one earring despite advertising two. Avoid this place for real.

Not true to size
The item took too long to arrive, I bought the Arctic Waterproof Jacket for my husband that would normally be a 3XL. I bought the 5XL so he could wear layers under with plenty of room. It was way too small, he couldn’t do the zipper. It was too late to return as we were heading off on our trip. It took over a month to be delivered. Won’t buy from them again.

Touch lamp
I purchased a touch lamp from Parkers Bay. Purchased on 8 December, arrived on 28 December. Packaging was damaged, item in picture appeared to be a beautiful timber based touch lamp, what arrived was a plastic lamp that I could’ve purchased from a basic variety store for $10. Very dissapointed. Item needs to be returned within 30 days of purchase, which is unlikely to happen noting the item took 30 days to be received. Lesson learnt. Will not be shopping with this company again
