bought some genuine parker refills for my parker pens and they are useless , warning they are not the quality they used to be . my betting is they now made in china . they very bad (useless) they often skate over the paper refusing to write , then requiring a hard rubbing over some very rough paper to try to get the ink to flow , this works for a short period then the skating starts again , I now have 5 parkers pens which are now useless due to bad expensive refills , total waste of money avoid parker pens or refills .

Same problem as previous reviewer. Ordered 2 x double packs of Rollerball refills, and received 1 x BALL PEN refill pack (marked, incidentally, "For Sale only in India/Nepal"!). No use to me whatsoever. Consequently I submitted 3 x online queries AND 3 x follow-up emails. All to no avail. Not a dickie bird from them. Zilch. Useless.
I have now taken the matter up with the CC Company.

Ordered Parker ROLLERBALL refills and was sent BALL PEN refills. DOES NOT RESPOND to emails to enable correct ORDER.

This organisation, that is linked to someone called 'newell' now, have the worst refills I've ever come across. They've been slowly getting worse for years, and I've had four replacements this year alone. But now, having been sent two replacements, I am astounded to say, that even one of these, after days, yes days of using it, is once again running out!

It beggers belief it really does. Is this the interference of the appalling digital age I wonder? Ripping everything organic away from us? I think it may well be.

I dare say I've given up on this company now. My lovely 20 year old Parker pen won't see another days use with their refills. And from a writer's perspective, this is very sad indeed.
