You are a disgrace of a company. Refusing to refund me as I am in local lockdown (Caerphilly)!!!! We were due to travel on the 25th of September I am I full time university student who is also trying to work full time due to this pandemic. My partner works on a COVID testing site and this was the only time off together we got!!! NEVER BOOK WITH THEM YOU WILL NOT SEE YOUR MONEY AGAIN!!!!!!!😡😡😡
I am not satisfied with a voucher as it is no good to me. We HAVE booked a package holiday as the definition of a package is one or more. We booked the caravan and entertainment passes which come as an optional extra so therefore we chose to book them. That is a package as it is one or more.
I am disgusted with the way I have been treated and very upset over how you broke your own confidentiality by not asking to speak to the lead passenger (my partner) but speaking to me without asking permission from him first.
If I do not receive a full refund and response from this email within 5 working days from the date of this email (16th September 2020)I will be going to trading standards and the ombudsman over your unprofessional ways and disgusting customer service. I will be expecting a response on or before the 23rd of September 2020

Visited Cherry Tree site,confirmed wanted to purchase a Willerby caravan,already sited etc ,ex demo ready to go.Paid a 10% deposit ,Approx £5K.They have not produced the sales paperwork etc and are reneging and not going ahead with the sale.Yet to be told their reasons and trying to find out my rights .Sorry i did not check out this site first.
Please make sure when booking with Parkdean that you get your dates correct as if you book in error, they keep £140 of your money!!

This review is around Sandy Bay. I want to say Thank you to all staff but especially Jordan from the restaurant. All the Covid situation he made me and my family feel safe. I was concerned about returning to the site as my job as a key worker relies on me being safe to ensure others I care for are safe. Discussions last week made me a little uneasy and Jordon put my mind at rest. Tested every week and a negative result today showed me that they are,doing all they can in a difficult situation. Well done all, fantastic team.

If you look at the amount of times they have changed their name on this review site just to try to avoid honest bad reviews !!
In the past week they have created 4 or 5 new ones !!
If they put as much effort in to taking care of their customers as they do in trying to rip off new ones then they wouldn’t need to change their details daily !! Avoid at all costs folks !
Biggest robbers and crooks I have ever come across in my 41 years, this company should be shut down And who ever runs it should be throw in jail along with every site manager as they have swindled millions out of customers. Call centre staff are a disgrace as they just threaten you when you are struggling( I rang and they threaten if I don’t get the money they will tow my caravan to the front of site and sell it to get there money) I was only month and half behind in ground rent and it didn’t have to be paid till the end of year, drugs and crime on every site, mine got broke into and smashed up(actually got told from insurance they know that staff do it if you complain to get you off site if you causing them hassle) BEWARE OF PARKDENE go to HAVEN they treat there owners with respect and actually care about there owners.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Would not reccommend buying a caravan from park dean resorts ..promise you the world to get you to buy one then once they got you they dont give damn..the way they have treated their owners during the lockdown has been appauling .they should be ashamed of themselves taking our money when we cannot use our caravans and the facilities on site...greedy beyond...not happy
If I could give this company a zero rating I would AVOID at all cost because it sure will cost you if you become an owner on a Parkdean site. Their response to the covid 19 pandemic is totally unbelievable their unwillingness to refund any of our ground rent when the site is closed and we are unable to access our van or use any of the parks amenities ( very expensive caravan storage) when other holiday parks such as Haven Holidays can refund tells you they are money grabbing rogues take your hard earned money and spend it elsewhere.
They are an untrustworthy firm and treat their owners as cash cows.
