Review summary

Created with AI, based on recent reviews

Looking at 44 reviews, most reviewers were let down by their experience overall, citing absolutely shocking service and a lack of professionalism. Customers frequently reported issues with the drop-off and collection locations, often being directed to disused hotels or construction sites, which felt unsafe and disorganized. Many also experienced extremely long wait times for shuttles and car retrieval, sometimes hours, and found the staff to be rude, dismissive, and unhelpful. Communication was a major problem, with calls going unanswered, numbers being blocked, and no responses to inquiries, leading to significant stress and uncertainty. Reviewers were also unhappy with hidden charges and additional fees that were not disclosed upfront, making the service more expensive than initially advertised. Some people also felt that their vehicles were not cared for properly, with cars returned dirty, damaged, or with missing items.

Avoid this car park at all costs.

Avoid this car park at all costs.

Despite charging an extra £20 for airport drop-off, they don't even take you to the terminal entrance. Instead, you're dropped off near a hotel and left to make your own way to the airport.

The car park itself was a muddy mess. What really concerned me was watching the driver take my car away. He was revving the engine, stalling repeatedly, and honestly looked like someone who had barely driven before. While waiting, I also saw several customers dealing with vehicle damage that had allegedly occurred while their cars were in the company's care.

The key handover kiosk was complete chaos, with poor organisation and long waits.

When I collected my car, it was absolutely filthy. The exterior, including the roof, was covered in mud. Even worse, the interior had mud smeared throughout, including on the seats. The passenger side was particularly dirty, making it obvious that other people had been using my vehicle while it was parked. To add to the mystery, I found Turkish coins left inside the car, which certainly weren't mine.

If I needed to contact the company, that would have been impossible anyway, as the phone number provided on the voucher doesn't exist. There appears to be no way to speak to anyone.

From start to finish, this was a horror show. Poor service, poor vehicle care, poor communication, and absolutely not worth the money.

County Court

On Monday 18th May I attended County Court having lodged a civil complaint against Park at Airport.
The CEO Mr Mohammed failed to attend court despite being given due notice and the County Court Judge awarded in my favour.
Mr Mohammed was given 2 weeks to compensate me which he has failed to do. I am therefore now pursuing the matter through the court system. I suggest anyone with a complaint to do the same.

Just don’t book here!!!!

Just don’t book here!!!!
Where to start?
1) I paid for the parking online, then in my email confirmation it stated that there may be a levy to pay. On arrival I was charged an additional £20 (this is a per person charge) to cover the cost of getting you by bus to the airport and back. Surely everyone who parks here will need transportation to the airport so why isn’t this added to the cost at time of purchase? This is unfair commercial practice!!
2) I rang in advance, as instructed, from my mobile number and from this they confirmed my reg number. When I arrived, they said I hadn’t called! When they took my car reg they said my car had already been dropped off? What had happened is they had put a different car on the key fob meant for my car. Utter shambles.
3) I then had to wait 35 minutes for the bus to leave for Stansted because they wanted a full bus before departing. This way they made more money!
4) the driver of the bus spent around 5 minutes searching for a different pair of glasses in her bag, swapped over her glasses and put the first pair in a case that the replacement pair had come out of and put them back in her bag all WHILE DRIVING!! She was sitting in the bus for 35 minutes before we left so could have easily done this while stationary!
5) you are not dropped off outside departures but outside the Radisson Blu Hotel, which is a 5 minute walk from departures.
6) when I returned to Stansted, I tried ringing them 7 times to tell them I had arrived and was walking to the collection point. On the 8th time (33 minutes after my first attempt) they answered. The person I was talking to spoke next to no English, was impossible to understand and then he hung up. I was beginning to wonder if I will ever see my car again!
7) after an hour and 15 minutes, the bus arrived. They were clearly waiting until they had a full bus! Without exception, everyone on the bus was complaining and one person said their car app had confirmed that while they were away, their car had been driven four miles!!
9) when we arrived at New Farm I was told I would have to wait because I didn’t call!!!!
I will NEVER use this company again and will be reporting them to trading standards!!

If I could give minus 100

If I could give minus 100, that would honestly be my score, because even 1 star is far too generous.

The “cheapest” car park advertised is not truly the cheapest at all. Only upon arrival do you discover additional payments are required just to get transported near the airport — not even directly to the terminal, but to a hotel car park located around 10–15 minutes walking distance from one terminal and even further from another.
Unfortunately, that was not the worst part of the experience.
On arrival, passengers are left waiting outside in freezing temperatures with no shelter, no toilets, and no proper organisation. I was travelling with my family and my 2-year-old grandson in zero-degree weather. After a long journey, standing outside with a child and luggage was completely unacceptable.
The shuttle service was chaotic and poorly managed. The driver showed no consideration for families travelling together, even when seats were available. Instead of making sensible decisions about who should board first — especially passengers with imminent departures, children, or elderly travellers — people were simply left behind to wait another 30 minutes despite another bus being available.
The journey itself was uncomfortable and unsafe. Passengers were overcrowded with luggage everywhere, sometimes forced to stand balancing between bags or hold someone else’s suitcase on their knees.
This was not a stress-free airport parking experience. It felt disorganised, uncomfortable, and extremely poorly managed from beginning to end.

Unfortunately, the return journey was just as bad. After an already tiring trip home, passengers were again expected to walk back to the hotel car park carrying luggage. The telephone support handler appeared disorganised and unable to provide clear information about shuttle arrival times, which only added more frustration and confusion after travelling.

This is by far the worst car park where I have ever left my car. What should have been a simple airport parking service became a stressful and exhausting experience from beginning to end.

Drop off date was 10th October 2025…

Drop off date was 10th October 2025 before our flight to Australia via Singapore. After being told to meet them at The Holiday Inn, we received a text telling us to meet them at the Crowne Plaza Hotel. We found the rendezvous point with some difficulty and left our keys with the operatives, along with 4 other car owners. Charged for a shuttle bus to LHR. Collection at LHR 19th November 2025, taken to a secure looking compound and not charged for transfer. Car was fine. Fine notice awaited us on arrival home for ‘illegal parking at Crowne Plaza’! Since escalated to a Crown Court Summons notice and increasing fine from Park Maven. DCB Legal, Runcorn WA7 1UG involved., despite following advice and repeatedly appealed the notice. This is a complete disgrace and I intend to pursue this scam. DO NOT USE THIS PROVIDER under any circumstances.

I would give this a zero if it was an option, this is a scam company, I paid £165 to park my car for a flight at Heathrow Airport, phoned the mobile number which was not in service over and over again, no one at the location we were given so in fear of missing our flight we were told by 2 security guards to just park our car at The Holiday Inn and hope for the best!!! We then had to arrange for a friend to drive up from Swindon to take our car back to his house as we are away for 5 weeks, I am just praying we don’t have a parking fine waiting for us when we get back to the UK. Avoid this company at all costs, SCAMMERS!!!!

We will never picked up by the shuttle bus and were made to make our own way back by taxi and now I’ve just had a parking fine six months later through the door saying I should’ve never parked at the Holiday Inn

AVOID - NEVER GOT PICKED UP

If I could give this zero then I would! I went through Compare Your Parking and used Park at Airport Ltd.

I arrived at a disused hotel homing asilum seekers, with graffiti all around saying 'get out'. I parked on the grass adjacent. The site wasn't secure. On arrival I paid an additional £6 each way for transfers.

On return, the transport never arrived, as they didn't have any drivers! I was told to get an Uber back to the hotel, which cost £33, and that they would transfer the funds within 4-5 days. After 6 weeks, 3 emails, and 2 phone calls I have still not received the funds.

My advice would be to avoid any of these companies and pay the extra £20 and stop in the airport car parks.

Scam company!!

Scam company!!! Do NOT use!!!!!!
On top of their charges (you get more charges from them when you turn up), you will get a parking fine from the place where you drop off the car for parking. And when picking up. So £200 extra charge on top of using this company.
Do NOT use under any circumstances!!!!! On day of using company, they had moved to Crowne Plaza Heathrow instead of Holiday Inn.

Ulez charge

I booked to leave my car and was directed to an abandoned hotel carpark. This felt very unsafe for a woman on her own. I was greeted by 2 Indian men operating from a car boot. I did not feel safe. When I returned home from holiday I had received 2 ulez charges when my car had been in their care. The company refused to pay them. Please do not use these cowboys.

please do not use the company no matter what they promise.

This company is a rip off and please do not use them. On the day of parking we were directed to a different place to park. Which was basically a mud bank behind what looked like a closed hotel. I was already worried. Then we were told the transfer driver ( only one) was stuck in traffic and we were advised to get an uber. In the return they failed to answer and then when they finally sneered we were told the driver was stuck in traffic and advised to get an uber. The car was at yet another seedy location. So it costs much more and there was only one driver and they aren’t reliable and are basically running what I believe is a scam. I’ll pay more and use a reputable car parking firm next time.

Incompetent rubbish - AVOID

Drop off was a construction site behind a dodgy truck stop. No lighting, no office and no one on site when i arrived. After many calls eventually someone arrived with no paperwork. If i had any other option i would have left immediately and parked somewhere else. Took over 1 hour to get from my car to the terminal.
On the return it took me 2 hours and 20 minutes from calling the "shuttle" to picking up my car.
Incompetent rubbish - PLEASE AVOID

Avoid

Only giving one star as I can’t have zero.
Had a text as we approached giving a different postcode to go to, which turned out to be a disused hotel car park with loads of boards round it, Very concerned at leaving the car to a man operating out the back of a van, the receipt given for the keys was a piece of paper ripped off the end of a piece of A4. Charged £6 transfer each.
On return shuttle was apparently in for a service so told to get an uber and to tell the driver we would only pay £12, the taxi cost £17 and we are yet to receive our refund. Got the car back, (shuttle was parked up not at the garage as told) which had additional miles (we took a photo prior to holiday) both front seating pushed back and reclined, steering wheel dropped (all very boy racer style) forward facing camera disconnected, one of the exhausts damaged.
Since getting home we have received a parking ticket for £100 from Park Maven and had to replace a tyre (£190) as a bolt has gone through and been driven flat. Car was 2 days old when we dropped it off. Surprise surprise we can’t get hold of anyone to resolve
