Specifically Paris Jewelry in St Albert, Alberta. Took my ring in to have sized down . When it came back it was sized to small . Had with a different lady this time. Told her what size it was supposed to be so she said the wrong size had been written on the work slip so they would correct it at no cost. Picked it up today and dealt with the original lady and she tried to charge me for the work. Everything was worked out when I mentioned a lawyer. Funny how that is . Will never go there again.

Avoid Paris Jewellers. I purchased a gold bracelet. I was shocked to see that the bracelet is paper thin. I can’t emphasize enough how flimsy it is.
This poor design is not conducive for daily wear. In fact, the jewel was damaged upon first wear and Paris jewelry would not take it back even though
It was within their advertised return policy. Friend of ours had a similar experience. They do not honour their return policy. Their customer service is atrocious
passing the buck from one manager to another. They do not support their bad designs and customer satisfaction is not their priority.
Edmonton store in Londonderry mall with their manager and the regional manager have no appetite for supporting their customers.
