This business prompted me to write my first review. Before placing my order, I tried to find feedback on Trustpilot to gauge the reputation of this company but found nothing. Their TikTok account also lacked any negative comments. Unfortunately, this experience has discouraged me from supporting small businesses in the future.
Initially, they didn't have the color of a dress that was listed as available on their website. They communicated this promptly, which I appreciated, and they prepared the package the same day, which was impressive. However, upon receiving my order, I was dismayed by the poor quality of the products. The quality was worse than Shein, yet the prices were comparable to Mango. One dress caused immediate itching upon trying it on.
I contacted them to initiate a return but received no response. I sent multiple follow-up emails and left comments on their TikTok account, which they deleted. Eventually, they responded and informed me that I had to pay for the return shipping, despite their website stating that orders over £100 qualify for free returns. I had to remind them of their policy. After more chasing, they finally agreed and provided return instructions, which I followed meticulously.
After sending the return and proof of shipment, I received no confirmation. I emailed again to confirm they received the return, and they acknowledged it but refused to issue a full refund. At this point, I just wanted my money back, so I reluctantly accepted. Five days passed with no refund or communication. After more persistent follow-ups, they refunded my purchase but excluded the return shipping costs, which required yet another email to address.
This is the worst business I have ever dealt with. It’s astonishing how poorly they operate, especially as a small business. I wish I had seen a review like this before ordering, as it would have saved me a great deal of time, energy, effort, and stress. Never again.
