Mixed feelings honestly...
The slots selection on parimatsh.net is actually decent, found some good titles i was not expecting. Deposited ₹1000 via IMPS and that worked fine. But the rollover requirement before withdrawal is HIGH man... felt like i was chasing my own money. Also mobile site lags sometimes when switching between games. Not bad overall but they should fix these things. Still playing but cautiously.

I have been using Pari Match for 5 years, but I am very disappointed now. On 16 May 2026, I made a ₹1000 deposit through PhonePe. The payment was successful and money was deducted from my bank account, but even after 11 days, the amount is neither credited nor refunded.
I contacted customer support multiple times, submitted payment proof, bank statement, and official documents 3 times, but the issue is still unresolved. Their support is only bot-based, tickets get automatically marked as resolved without fixing the problem, and there is no proper way to contact a real person.
If they cannot settle a ₹1000 deposit issue, it raises concerns about bigger amounts too. Very stressful experience. I would not recommend this platform.
