No great customer empathy and service

It took weeks before the article was sent. DHL then had to repackage the item as the package was damaged according to the delivery agent. Herafter, the package was disposed by DHL, for whatever reason. However, the handling by DHL was outside of the company's control, of course. After I checked with the company again whether I get a refund or if they are resending the article, they asked me what I prefer and I asked them to send the article again. Only after I checked again they confirmed that they refunded me - against my request.
