A shop you can trust
The perfume I've ordered was out of stock (I didn't now). I needed it fast so contacted ParfuMaria by email. The answer was quick and friendly but they had no choice to tell me I should wait probably 3 weeks time for the provider to supply them. Just a week later the Post was delivering my product, super happy coz I needed it for a gift! Great product too.

I was very disappointed by the whole transaction. I wanted one bottle but I was charged for two. Then I received two and I called the shop to complain. They asked me to send one bottle back and I would get a refund. I have not been refunded for the second bottle. Not impressed!

We take this opportunity to respond to your review as this seems at least lobsided and not justified. Maybe you are not aware of what has been your order history. We checked this in our order-system to find two orders 2011-20189 ordered, paid and delivered in 2016. And more recently, order 2011-8683 for the same perfume ordered. Unfortunately this order is on hold and we see you have never paid so far. We have called with the CreditCard Company to review your purchase but they do not release this. Now this order is out of the system as it was placed on the 5th of May. So to wrap up. 1) your only paid purchase was from 2016 and has been delivered so you have got what you paid for. Your more recent purchase was never paid for and your Card can not be creditted for this as the order was not fulfilled. So in short.... We do not see any issue other then your misunderstanding on this matter and we have no record off complaints so far by you. No call from you, no e-mail, nothing. We asked you to send us a screenshot from our website were we mention next day delivery outside of The Netherlands but you did not showed this. We know this is not possible at all. We have no space ship to deliver all countries in the world next day. That would be awesome for all our customers. Of course we try to SHIP THE SAME DAY to deliver our customers very fast. We explained this but your reaction was arrogant and disrespectful .For that reason I cancelled your order and made immediately a refund for you because we do not like customers who begin to threat. Customers with this attitude like yours see a part of your e-mail here under are not welcome as our customer. Our customers can make their own conclusion after reading this.
