DON'T PURCHASE

DON'T PURCHASE! I spent almost 200€ on a perfume one month ago and after 2 weeks of waiting the parcel hadn’t left the local warehouse! I asked them to cancel and refund me but they ignored my request and contacted the transpirt company instead! After 3 weeks of waiting I asked AGAIN to refund me and they promised to refund me in case the parcel didn’t arrive or as soon as I returned it to sender by refusing acceptance which I did over a week ago! They keep making excuses to keep my money! They are awful!!!!!!!!!!!

Excellent experience!

This was my first time ordering from this site. In addition to the very nice price for the perfume (it was on sale), I can note the user-friendly interface, large selection of brands and products. The order was shipped quickly, and the packaging was reliable and careful. I was very surprised and pleased, and added Parfuma to my usual set of stores for future purchases. Thank you!

Like them !

This is the third year since I am shopping from Parfuma website. Latest products and services - you see their interest to be up-to-date with latest launches -, nice samples and always the package smells like the latest fantastic perfume launched . In a world of impersonal webshops - Parfuma is making the difference . Quick deliveries ( highly improved in the last year ).I really-really like them !

Attention scam website. They never sent my order. I contacted them and their only response was: the deadline for claims has passed.

Scam promotions

All discounted items orders are cancelled due to no availability. Then afterwards they put it back into the online shop at full retail price.
Basically getting traffic onto the shop with scam promotions.
Happened twice already.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Worst eshop do not buy from them!!! I paid them 505€ and have not received my order. They are not sending orders via UPS or etc but regular post office. So if post loose your package you loose money. No insurance no money refund nothing.
