I signed up for a subscription with Parenting Leader for $19.99 USD and was charged three times the subscription fee. After that, I was charged $59.99 USD again for a service that I only used for a few days and then requested that it be cancelled. Apparently it was never cancelled because I was charged another $59.99 USD today (this was the 3rd time)
This is unacceptable! Instead of supporting parents, this experience has left me frustrated and mistrustful. If you’re considering their services, be cautious — their billing practices are unreliable and unfair.Parents deserve transparency, not surprise charges. Parenting Leader needs to fix this immediately.

Had a great experience using parenting leader for potty training. I wish I had it earlier because many of the hiccups we had along the way were quickly resolved after completing the parenting leader lessons and applying the tips. What I liked the most was how prompt costumer service was. Thank you !

This is a scam!!
This is a scam!!! I made a payment for a 3 month plan for $15 but they then immediately removed an additional $92 from my account at the same time. They have no contact option available and this is widely reported else where as a scam.
DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!
EDIT: After this review I submitted the first time (9th July) they told me they would provide a refund. They confirmed that the payment had been made. I contacted again to say that no payment had been made. They apologised so much and promised that the refund had been processed again and I would receive it in a matter of days. No reply from them since! As you will see from many other reviews online, this is the case for most other people. They tried to blame me that I asked for an add-on, but I tried the whole process again just to check, and there was no option to add on additional items, especially those over $90. Their email addresses also keep changing and come back as "no delivered".

Helpful Course, but Not for Families Already in the Process
So far, the course has been good. However, it seems to be geared more toward parents who are just about to begin potty training.
The reason we enrolled is that we are already in the middle of the process and have been running into some challenges. We were hoping for guidance on whether we’re handling those situations the right way, how to respond when difficulties come up, and what adjustments we could make if needed.
At this point, it hasn’t quite addressed what we were hoping to get from the course.
