Ensure Clear Apple is great
Update: Delivery issue was resolved with a very attentive caring service rep. Received shortage in 2 days.
Ordered 6 carton pack of Ensure Clear Apple. Great product. Tastes just like Apple juice. Fast shipping. Ordered on Sunday afternoon, had it by Tuesday evening. Only problem, they only sent 1 carton of juice instead of 6. Spoke with customer service to fix the problem, only to speak with a rep who seemed disinterested. Waiting for issue to be resolved.

Sad, hoping for improvement
Ever since Parentgiving closed their west coast provider, there have been problems. The tracking system used on their site is completely broken as well.
I did receive my order, after being given incorrect dates by their "tracking" system several times, and it came early -- very lucky I was home, as we've had lots of porch pirates lately. Their site states that they're getting the kinks worked out and should be back to seamless delivery soon. I do like the products I order there, so I'm crossing my fingers and hoping they get worked out soon!

I believe you changed shippers
I believe you changed shippers. Not sure, but the products arrive later then before you modernized, and they are always delivered to the wrong door and your packing boxes are oversized, to much wasted space.
