When making a reservation something went wrong and I did make payment but didn’t receive booking confirmation. After sending an email to parclick the problem was resolved within minutes. The app itself is very handy to use while on a trip.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS - Misleading and misinforming website
Terrible website and terrible services. I booked a full day parking in Firenze via this misleading portal.
I extensively searched for the OUT of ZTL area in their portal and found a nice parking lot. At the end, it happened to be INSIDE the ZTL area which means a huge fine for me. I have all screen shots with the selection of the OUT of ZTL area and the availability of this parking lot. Only within the small letters of the parking lot description is informing differently but it is to late when you notice and as I said, the portal is misleading and misinforming as you can book selecting that option.
I sent all documents to their support and got a big no for them to assume any responsibility on that, so I'd suggest you to avoid this terrible and useless web portal.
And guess what?? They blame the poor website and misleading information on the client!! Not surprising as they suck in client success and support. They are always saying that the information is correct, while it is totally misleading. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!
After seeing ther reply, the only comment I have is: YOU ARE LIERS!!! I have all screen shots that prove that at any time during the reservation, the portal inform that the parking was inside the ZTL. Your answer is a LIE and I will keep doing everything I can to show people how DISHONEST your company is.

Entered car park by number plate recongnition but car park unmanned so couldn’t get back into the car park until the following day. No contact numbers, email only responds during weekday office hours and then not helpful. Car park signage very bad and car park workers unhelpful when found.

Whilst booking process, reminders and directions to the car park were good, I am scoring them down a star. You can amend the booking times but not amend the car registration number. This is very frustrating as we were renting a car, and didn't know what the registration would be when we booked. It was eventually sorted when we got there after discussions with the APK2 car park staff. Parclick need to let people amend the car registration to save everyone time and hassle.

Cancelled at 57 minutes prior and they refused to give me part refund. Stole my $120euros. Don’t book with them. Their website mentions things can happen and we will consider all refunds. They didn’t even acknowledge me. Disgusting!
And the website says, we know circumstances change, we will do our best to refund or change dates. Pathetic!

Due to roadworks and a street closed of for an outdoor tournament we could not reach our reserved parking. After I informed Parclick we were refunded very quickly.

I found the service good, but after some misunderstanding with my number plate. I was told to cancel the original reservation and rebook the car park. There is a service charge of about 11€ for a second booking. After I complained, I was refunded the service charge.

They offer significant parking discounts in major European cities, and with some of the best and safest providers. Communications are great. Customer service is very responsive and quick to resolve issues encountered with the parking agreement.

They are not direct provider but rather a middle man service. There app is buggy,and support is only reachable by email. Their support phone doesn't work.

I booked a parking in the Paris Arena via Parclick. It appears, there are two entrances P1 and P0, but instructions I have received from Parclick have not specified, which of these entrances I need to use. In addition, the GPS coordinates given to me in instruction from the Parclick were about 300 m away from the entrance to the car park. Returning back from the specified point to the entrance of the parking in an extremely heavy traffic took a long time. As a result, I was late for the event I needed to attend and it has ruined my evening.

No option of 0 stars avoid. I made a booking in error where it clearly stated on the booking page there was a free cancellation. But after cancelling i was charged a booking fee cancellation which s I was instructed was buried way down in their terms and conditions. Avoid at all costs not to be trusted
