Total Scam !!!
They asked me to pay 18 euro extra becouse aparatly the reciver refuse the package. Checked with the reciver and they didint even try to deliver !!!
You can call their support number and pay extreme amount of money to speak to someone, or you can email robot by massage. There is no investygastion or any help, all they asking to pay them more money.
Please avoide them !!!!!!!!!!!
Very bad service
Their subcontractors are thieves. Nexive one of their subcontractors stole the item which valued 500 euros from inside the shipping box and when I claimed they offered me 1 euro compensation for the item they had stolen, under their terms and conditions you get 1 euro for each kilo they steal.
10 days to have a parcel delivered (Italy to UK), tracking service blocked on day 1 until approximately day 6, had to take three days off to wait for the courier as from the courier app the parcel seemed to be due for delivery every day from day 6 but this did not happen until day 10. I believe the issue is on BRT-DPD, nevertheless ParcelScout promises 48-72 hours delivery when you purchase the service and this is the second time (out of two) it takes ridiculously long. Very bad, despite the customer service tries to work really hard to provide some assistance which is completely unhelpful at the end, though.
with www tripspo tk you can send cheaper an better your parcel or even to sponsor your trips ... a perfect shared resources site. Was really time for such a good site
There are lots of companies in this sector, but I never found any with such a good service.
