Excellent

I picked up my parcel from Eastfield Newsagency yesterday and am surprised how quickly my order got there. Additionally the newsagent was very friendly and helpful. He even gave my daughter a free comic book she had a eyes on. Will definitely pick this parcel point again for my deliveries.

Room for improvement

I chose the Parcel Point because few times Home Delivery items finished in the Post Office, although we were at home.
This time though, I was notified that my items had been delivered, but they were not, so I waisted a trip in an otherwise busy day.

TERRIBLE !

TERRIBLE !! The agency closed down & parcelpoint has denied all knowledge of what happened to my parcel. This has been going on since July. The agency marked the parcel RTS in the system but parcelpoint chose to tell ebay i collected it EVEN THOUGH their own system says i didnt ... liars & theives ... at one point they said i would be receiving a refund "on monday" but that was in August & this is mid september ... TERRIBLE SERVICE.

We were away when my parcel arrived - i didnt think it would arrive as quickly as it did
I asked if my daughter could collect for me
