There’s nothing free about this free service

There’s nothing free about this free parcel tracking service. They want money register you… And of course I haven’t ordered anything that would arrive on a fictitious tracking number anyway. TOTAL SCAM COMPANY. Most of the five star reviews should only be 1 star. Shame there’s no zero. Do not sign up to this site - it is totally unsafe. And I am being bombarded with emails every day

Horrible

The tracking number they gave me is pending and invalid anywhere else despite apparently being assigned by a reputable courier. Updates are meaningless. If you try to contact them, a chat bot spews rubbish and tells you to spend $2 trying to speak with a human. Maybe they have scammed the parcel but they're not getting my credit card details.

Scam and here is why:

In short - I'll tell you now and save you the trouble of the research it's a scam, they want you to connect your email to spam your emails with delivery's so they can grab your tracking numbers and steal your packages and info and sell your info and data and sell or keep your parcel the IP is suspicious and the website is dodgy. You can't unsubscribe easily and for a "Parcel Monitor" site why does it need e-commerce it literally screams "I'm a scam"

Delivery address confirmation. Scam or Not?

Since the 29/05 on every working day, (4 working days), I have received an email from Parcelmonitor regarding a parcel, (tracking No. UBIAU33XHD146547101000931503) they need delivery address confirmation for.
If not a scam, why do you need confirmation?
You obviously think you have an email address I use.
😡😡😡

Totally Useless. An Absolute Waste Of Time.

Having told me that my parcel was successfully delivered in February, when it wasn't, I raised the non-delivery with them. Three months later they send me an email to say my parcel has been delivered successfully with all the detailed duff information repeated from three months ago. Then they send me an email asking, "Woohoo. Did you receive your parcel?", but it' s a 'no reply' email so I can't tell them it was never delivered to me.

this'service' is just a an attempt to lure people in to use paid services (heaven knows how useless they would be!).

They had no idea where my parcel was

I've just received an email today (16th April) telling me my parcel will be delivered on 21st March.... That sums this website up. I sent a parcel from the UK to the Cayman islands and at first, on the journey to the US they were OK and they tracked it. After that, it was stuck in customs, then there was a travel delay, then in customs. Absolutely useless!

They are a total scam

They are a total scam. This is the second time I’ve tried to have it delivered the first time it was in my hometown and it was signed for even though they can’t show me the signature and it didn’t change into Canada Post tracking number then they said they sent me a second parcel and I live in Ontario and apparently it is being delivered in Quebec. It’s a bunch of total bull crap do not I mean do not use these tracking sites and don’t use China EMS post.

Scam artists

I have been waiting over 2 weeks for a few parcels and i haven't received none. Even though it states its been delivered? Its an inaccurate system which keeps saying the same update, it doesn't give details of anything. I have emailed the company now about 6 times and got no response. So they need to respond ASAP as now I'm thinking its fraud.

USELESS

Tracking is INACCURATE and even if you sign up for updates you DO NOT get any! But you do get your email sold to spammers. Parcel Monitor DOES NOT MONITOR! It does NOT RETAIN TRACKING NUMBERS OR DELIVERY INFO SO EVERY TIME YOU LOG IN YOU MUST MEMORIZE AND HAVE THE TRACKING NUMBER?!?! It also may inform you that your package was delivered ONE TO TWO DAYS LATER! USELESS COMPANY

Scam

Scam, information takes ages to load, that's impossible with 300 Mbps, and then the site comes up with some nonsense info to make you give them more and more info. AVOID.
