Using parcel compare simply means gambling with your parcels, you have to be lucky to have your parcels delivered without issues, because once an issue accrues you are left without help because you will never be able to get in touch with the no matter what, Parcelcompare needs to take this issue seriously and need to make ways for clients to get in touch, if you don’t want to offer calling option, then at least a live chat , and before somebody replies that you have life chat, let me tell you that it is is not working as well….

Good delivery service with Fedex. The parcel arrived at destination one day earlier and nothing was damaged, so I am very happy about it. It is just a shame it was not delivered directly at the door, but left in the hallway instead. The parcel didn’t contain anything valuable thankfully.

I would give zero stars if I could. Parcel went AWOL and was returned back to me in tatters with the contents wet, stained and damaged. Refused to give me compensation even though the contents were insured. This has been going on for weeks. Disgusting.

I needed support and all I got was a bot on the chat, no advisers, no phone number to call and 5 mins after I had made the order and then needed support with the package collection the delivery driver was at my door asking for them of which I had to turn them away as I was still waiting for support and being disabled at the time hadn’t had a chance to print off a label either.
I cancelled the collection after no one came to help out and am awaiting a refund. Poor customer service, poor website navigation, no one to talk to except chat bots would not recommend at all.

Do not use this company! I used them to return some goods to China using DPD. The parcel was delayed at Chinese customs and DPD refused to conduct a search for the parcel until three months had elapsed. After this period Parcel Compare refused the claim as it had not been reported within a 30 day period. As DPD have now acknowledged the claim, I can only assume that Parcel Compare will retain the £70, the loss of which will cause me great difficulty. Use their website to find the most competitive provider but please deal direct and steer clear of Parcel Compare!

I am very unhappy with this company. I urgently needed to send a birth certificate to Canada within two days and they offered to send it by Fedex. The birth certificate is required to register a death. It was collected on 23 February and was due to be delivered on 25 February. On 9 March, the letter is still showing as being in Stansted. I contacted Fedex but they have informed me that they cannot assist me and I have to contact Parcelcompare to discuss the matter. There is NO phone number on any documentation or their website to contact this company. If a member of their team reads this, please contact me. I am now going to have to request and pay for another birth certificate to be issued from the records office and this time I will use Fedex direct rather than going through this third party website. I will also be reporting Parcelcompare to my credit card company and lodging a claim.

I was overcharged for my parcel, invoice was sent to my e-mail, money has been taken from my account, over £300. When I wanted report overcharge the system couldn't authorize my e-mail on which didn't have a problem to send invoices and take a money without my permission. I send a letter with complain but it returned with stamp - refused. Customer support site - not working, chat obviously can't help with that sort of issues.

Terrible company, they act as a middle man and use royal mail. Unlike RM they don't arrange another collection if the first one was missed, you have to pay them again! Utterly ridiculous! RM said because it wasn't booked directly with them they couldn't help either.

Don’t use always book your parcel direct with the shipping company parcel compare are just a middleman and have no proper contact details except by post what year is it again?My labels were not generated as there was an issue with the label therefore the shipping was never booked and they have spent none of my £23 but I cannot get it refunded without creating a ticket. I cannot create a ticket without a tracking number. I cannot get a tracking number without a label. this is the first time I have been rude to a robot and the last time I will use this company.If parcelcompare would like to reply and supply a phone number that would be helpful, but there is not much point in me writing to them as they take 14 days apparently to reply and my parcel was due to be posted tomorrow so come on parcel compare give us all your phone number

Awful company. I paid for a service but when something went wrong, the only way to get help was through an AI bot, so I couldn’t actually speak to a real person to resolve the error code. Instead of fixing the issue, they told me to pay for another delivery while the current one is still unresolved, which they say could take up to 7 days. Really frustrating experience and terrible customer service. I would not recommend using this company.

Brilliant at identifying the cheapest courier, however they take your money, and the labels won’t scan at drop off point…you go to cancel, and it costs more to cancel than it was to post.
No point of contact, raise concerns, or identify solutions.

The parcel was lost, fair enough, it happens. But I paid extra cover just in case it got lost, and three months later, they are still refusing to pay out and blaming me. This is the worst customer service. I have just been fobbed off with every email. I have had to chase DPD myself, who have confirmed they have lost it but can't deal with me as I used this company and must follow their process. They told me lies, saying DPD only had 3 parcels, but when I sent an email from DPD confirming 4, they changed their story. I really would avoid them due to their claims processes. Happy to take your money but not pay out.

Dreadful. Paid for order and did not receive the label or a tracking number. The online chatbot just tells you to raise a support ticket (but you need a tracking number to do this). No phone number for company. Contact us page gives an address to write to - no easy way to contact. Impossible to deal with and would not touch them with a barge pole again. Will try and get refund via credit card. AVOID. I notice they reply to these reviews with /feedback or /contact links but these are useless.

Website is awful, it’s fine if you parcel is delivered without issue. In my case the parcel was damaged by UpS, refused by the receiver and then you are in limbo between the delivery company and parcelcompare. Parcel compare require you to send a claim BY POST and even then it’s seems they will do what they can to put you off - avoid and go direct. Shocking service !!

No customer support. 3 days later till waiting to hear back from them. They have really weird website where you type in your payment details midway through your order (but you don’t realise that at the time!). I was sending a parcel to France & thought when I got to the payment screen that was everything done. But after they have your details there is a second bit of the process with Customs information, I struggled to fill this in & also found even though a customs fee was due that I couldn’t pay it in advance. Because of the problems I wanted to use another courier, but I had no idea if they had taken my money on the previous screen. Their AI chat said they probably hadn’t but would raise a ticket to check. That was 3 days ago & I’ve still heard nothing back, but can this morning see that my card has been charged. But I still have the problem with the customs issue. I want to just cancel the whole thing and use another courier but they have my money so I am stuck waiting till they get back to me. Definitely avoid unless you want to be ignored and have your money taken before you’ve finished your order.

Booked for a box (single) to be collected in Germany on the 2/3/2026. As of today, 5/3/2026, it has still not been collected. I have tried the various ways the support 'chat' has suggested and it takes me absolutely nowhere. I have no idea if or when my package is going to be collected or if/when it might be delivered to me in the UK. The lack of communication is awful. If I ran my business like this, I'd be out of business.

Poor service. Placed order for delivery next day. Carefully wrapped parcel marking as fragile. Item was not delivered until chased 5 days later. Item arrived broken. Lacking in customer service no recourse to make claim just excuses. Total loss to us around £120

Useless! They have 1 job and cannot manage that! Took my money to send, took the import tax from recipient and then sent package back to me. Customer service contact for UPS is terrible, no email, just written letter address. Will never use them or ups again, caused me so much stress and wasted time!
