Good jacket, disappointing customer experience

I ordered the Jacket end of November. On the website they claim they need 3-4 days delivery to Germany. A week passed and I did not receive anything, so I contacted the support. Never got an answer. Then I wrote in the comments on Parajumoers IG channel, the SoMe manager offered to help in DMs.. and never answered again. They also blocked me from commenting for a day. I think it’s an awful attitude to the customers. I wrote to support again and this time received an answer, but no indication about the actual delivery time. Two weeks later I received the jacket.
The jacket itself is very nice, but the customer experience is really disappointing
