Brilliant, great at communicating, overall very smooth service.
Absolutely brilliant! I played randomly whenever I found something I really wanted but couldn’t justify buying it so imagine my surprise when I won in competition choice of prize from a list of them! Obviously I chose HexClad pan set as they are like a Ferrari of pans with lifetime guarantee, well it’s 24.03.2026 today and just got them delivered!!! Claire, one of page admins? bosses? The Boss? 😊 kindly helped with providing me with details of purchase so I can fill form for lifetime guarantee! Absolutely amazing! I was informed all through the process of any steps taken to get my prize delivered, kudos for that! Highly recommend!

Won a competition on Thursday, although I missed the phone call, I have received emails from paragon and they swiftly replied back to my emails too.
It was easy to claim the prize, and I can confirm i have already received the prize too.
I will continue entering competitions, I prefer how draws are made compared to google generators like how other websites do it.
