The combined First Aid and CPR course was excellent, our trainer Jo was very experienced and full of knowledge. The class was full - around 15 people who all participated in different scenarios and had lots of fun. Best First Aid and CPR course I have attended. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to gain this experience. Well done Jo, I walked away knowing I have so much more confidence as a support worker.

I was pretty nervous going in to do my course this morning to be honest,as I haven’t been in a classroom environment in 25 years and have recently decided to change careers. A lot of what our tutor FAB was saying and demonstrating made complete sense to me and was explained in an easy to understand way . Grate tutor FAB very patient and helpful. I’ve never done a first aid or CPR course before but have definitely learned so much from today and would feel confident to help others in need now with the knowledge ive gained from FAB’s class / course today !! I completed my yearly CPR refresher today with Mick F and really enjoyed it! Mick is an excellent trainer and I really liked his style and real world experience as a paramedic. Mick teaches you not only how to do the physical CPR but why you are doing it. I am the type of personality that needs to know the why so I was lucky to get Mick as a trainer. Thank you and I will be back next year!

I was very impressed by the quality of First Aid Training given at Paradise First Aid. The instructor Fab , has had years of medical experience and she really knows her stuff. The course delivery was excellent and the room full of people had a great day and we enjoyed all the interactive learning activities too. Highly recommended

Training by John was exciting as his delivery was very engaging. He was knowledgeable, informative and accommodating in answering queries. A seasoned trainer, one can tell.

The Express CPR course is great completing the modules before the practical saves time. The tutor clearly explained the basics of CPR, emphasised the importance of following each step in the DRSABCD process correctly, and provided useful advice on what to expect in a real life situation.

The staff know the content well and how to present the information. Well paced training

Was great experience as sooz the instructor was both clear and friendly and also very approachable when in doubt of doing something incorrectly. The session felt short and sweet and got a lot of useful tips and information out of it.
