Paragigm (Angelika and team) have been with us for well over a year now. They are reliable, friendly and good cleaners. It’s always such a lovely feeling to come home to a shiny house or pop out of the office while working from home for a catch up. Plus our cockapoo loves them and they are great with him.

Angelika and her team of cleaners are punctual, reliable and extremely hard working. I’ve used them for 2 years now for full end of tenancy cleaning and they are by far the best cleaning company I’ve used in 15 years in York. The standard and thoroughness of their house cleaning is consistently excellent.

The standards of cleaning were very high.
The cleaners were polite, respectful and cheerful. The cleaners used their initiative. They managed their time well.

I've been cleaning my house myself since lockdown started, and this isn't my greatest skill - so I decided it would be good to have a deep clean to get it back into a good state. Paradigm were excellent. Anna, the owner, came to assess what needed to be done within an hour of my contacting her and was systematic and clear in terms of assessing what needed to be done. The cleaning itself was excellent - I'd been out and it felt a little like entering a good hotel when I returned! Taps and basins sparkling. Everything very clean and quite a good bit tidier than when I left. The team even found a couple of lost items down the back of a sofa. Couldn't recommend them more highly.

I’ve been using this company for a few months now and I have to say, they have changed my opinion about cleaners. I’ve never really found cleaners who go beyond what I can do myself. The communication is really good, Anna gets my requirements and makes sure the work meets them fully. The cleaners work hard and put in a lot of physical labour to get the job done.

Superb, friendly and flexible cleaning service. It's so nice to be able to send a message before the cleaner comes to tell them exactly which parts of the house are in need of a good clean that week. It takes away the stress! The cleaners are lovely and work extremely hard. Highly recommend!
