do not buy here, the order never arrives and they do not return the money, they are thieves

The worst online shopping experience ever. I ordered two dresses and only one arrived. The ither never showed up. It says he dress is Cotton/Linen but what I received was just a cheapest polyester with horrible print on. I complain and requested a refund due to the false information but the demanded me to return the dress on my owm cost. The internation courier/postage fee would cost me more than what dress costed.
They refused to refund me for the dress that I never received too. Absolutely ridiculous. In the end, I gave up and lost money.
NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SHOP!!

I have issued a dispute with PAYPAL for the dresses I purchased. You cannot reach the company via email/etc/etc. The photo and description stated the dress that I purchased was cotton and embroidered. I received it about a month after ordering and it is CHEAP POLYESTER printed with DAYGLO INK! DO not buy anything from this website. They have many websites under various names with the same photos that pop up in my Facebook feed. I have reported them. Hopefully I will get a full refund due to FALSE ADVERTISING and the quality. TOTAL SCAM!

Total scam. The clothes are junk and the company is unreachable. Fake email address; fake chat; fake everything. I feel like a fool

Terrible quality. The fabric is not Linen, it is cheap, shiny plastic polyester that crinkles at the slightest movement. There are loose threads everywhere and the seams haven't even been properly pressed, making them uneven. I emailed Papisia 4 times to arrange a return (because they don't provide a returns address) and when they eventually responded 4 weeks later it was to try to convince me that because shipping to China is so expensive, I should accept a $10 credit and keep the dress, and remind me that they only accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Totally unacceptable. Buy at your own risk.

I ordered a dress on this site and received, instead of a beautiful elegant dress, a terrible nightgown for the old lady!!! it's just awful! spent 30 dollars on a rag, the price of 1 dollar maximum! I highly don't recommend not to mess with this online store. Technical support does not work, because their mailbox does not accept letters! the robot sends you a standard reply and that's it! if you copy the address where the store is supposedly registered, you will find many clone stores that have different names, but in essence are the same mass-produced goods from the local cellar! In general, I threw money out the window!
