Excellent As Always
As always, the quality of your planner is exceptional. I love the cover personalization option. This is my third year getting the color blocked design, as I like the continuity but unique difference of color combos from year to year. I goofed this year though, by ordering the daily book (much thicker) but I will use it to my advantage. In ordering, I wish one could see the details of the personalization font size from past order information.

Well, that didn't work out.
Heard this company made awesome products so thought I would try one of their spiral-bound planners. The paper is thin and the width of the paper between the edge and the ole where the spiral is, is too narrow. This means repeated use of the planner will result in pages coming out. I asked about perfect binding but no response. They did offer to reprint but said that's how the product is made so that didn't work. Then they offered me a 25% refund only to hit me back with an offer of a 15% refund. This experience was disappointing. Was really looking forward to getting more products but if this one item isn't great, then I can't put my faith in the others being quality.

Book was well, but not worth price
Book was nicely made, design was good. However, spine of book chipped/peeled easy. Started peeling two weeks in. Good book overall, but not worth the price quality wise.

The outer packaging needed to be sealed…
The outer packaging needed to be sealed better. The single piece of tape holding it closed was broken. All of the items were intact, but please seal the boxes better in the future.

I have unfortunately had the worst…
I have unfortunately had the worst experience with the customer service team here :((( it’s been 3 weeks since I ordered and the team still haven’t been able to help or come back to me with a solution so i’ve had to re-order and hope i’ll get a refund for my first order! I have tried again and again to contact the team and wouldn’t get a response until days later multiple times getting what seemed like auto responses but no one actually trying to help & support! I would not recommend this company whatsoever.
