I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Papier. The planner is not worth the price. The paper quality is very poor—so thin that ink bleeds through the pages, making it difficult to use properly. The layout is also misleading. The planner only includes a 3-month overview, which is ridiculous for a product meant to be used for an entire year. A year has 12 months, not three. To make matters worse, when I contacted customer service requesting a refund, I was denied. The customer service representative was dismissive and spoke to me in a condescending way that implied I was “dumb” for not understanding the product details. That alone is unacceptable. Overall, poor product quality, poor value for money, and even worse customer service. I would not recommend this company or their planners.
