Ordered for products and fast delivery, package information was only updated and that was the end of it. And from previous reviews this doesn’t look like a decent company to order from.

Great product and really happy with the mules I bought however it says fast delivery and they were shipped from China and it took about 16 days

I like the jeans although the waist is quite tight. First retailer Ive ever encountered that only do jean sizes in s,m,l only.

Experience with courier Yodel really bad. Notorious reputation in the UK. Please consider different courier- parcel took a month to reach me with multiple delays with Yodel courier.

The shoes turned out to be even better than expected. Shipping was faster than expected. And really quite comfortable. Nothing but compliments all the time.

Overall very good shoe! The only two things I have any issues with are with the sole of the shoes. The soles squeak quite a bit(it’s seems to be slowly fading just thought to bring it up) and if the sides of the soles bump/rub into anything hard enough they scuffs floors/walls.

Do not order from Paper Straight!

I ordered Heritage Derby shoes and received an email claiming there was a “manufacturing defect” and indefinite production delays. When I requested a refund, they refused, claiming the order was “already processed” - directly contradicting their own story about reproduction delays.

Here’s what they don’t tell you:
• They’re a dropshipping site, not a real shoe brand
• The “Amsterdam address” is fake - their actual return address is a factory in Fujian, China (see their own refund policy PDF)
• “Tom Pruijn, Head of Customer Experience” sends professional-sounding emails, but they have zero control over inventory or quality
• They use contradictory delay tactics to run out your 14-day return window
• If you want to return anything, YOU pay international shipping to China (€30-50+)

The company listed on their return address: “Shunyuan Hong Kong Industrial Co., Ltd.” - a random factory in China, not “Paper Straight.”

When I demanded a refund due to their delays and contradictions, they offered me 10% off to “keep the product” that they’d just told me hadn’t been manufactured yet.

Save yourself the headache. These are generic Chinese shoes marked up 3-4x and sold through a fake European storefront. Find the real manufacturer on AliExpress for a fraction of the price, or buy from an actual retailer.

I’m currently filing a chargeback with my credit card company.

This company is a dropshipping company. Meaning you can buy the exact products they are selling directly from sites like AliExpress, AliBaba, etc., for way cheaper than their prices. This is why people are experiencing long deliveries - the products come straight from Asia

1 month delivery. I ordered two pair of shoes, one pair was not even in a box.
When you write the support, it’s a bot that answers with no help at all. There’s a reason that you don’t get any shipping information; It’s a AliExpress product.
Horrible service and product

Summit Ridge feels premium and looks fire. Clean design, solid build.

Bought the summit derby blacks - terrible quality the sole especially, is the softest and thinnest plastic literally like walking on the ground. Can literally be the shoe in half.
Postage also takes 3 weeks and come from China. It’s an insta shop scam. Don’t buy.

The item wasn’t quite what I expected in terms of style and fit. It looked better online than in person. That said, delivery was fine and arrived on time, so no complaints there.
