I booked a collection in January, it is now aproaching the end of March and still no collection. The collections, I have been told are at either 6:30am or 7:30pm, both of which times the entry gates will be locked. I then had a rep try and tell me on the phone they came to collect at 5:30pm which simply did not happen as I had put the collection bin outaside the unlocked gates and they still did not take it. so after 2-3 phone calls, and 5 bookings they still have not collected. I see the previous client of their talks about paper starting to pile up....over here we have no option other than to throw it away and it does not get recycled. poor, very poor.

Excellent collection staff (when the admin assign them correctly) but the admin is an abomination. Three emails now, zero response. Meanwhile, cupboards filling with paper. Are they in administration? Enquiring minds would like to know?!
