Keep promising the watch I bought,emails stating awaiting stock,however other people seem to have their watch already both locally and internationally.
I’ve requested manager call re this issue as it’s still not arrived and they keep putting the date back

I bought the Panzera Flieger 46 silver case with black rubber strap & red stitching. I love the look of this watch. Its bold & chunky with an easy to read face. The 3-line date is easy to read even when the hands are at the 3.15 position. The silicone rubber strap is very flexible & comfortable to wear. The watch looks really classy & oozes quality! So far the automatic movement has kept perfect time.
My only very slight gripe is that the clear back case doesn't really have anything impressive to show. You can see the automatic movement but it looks very plain.
I live in the UK & ordered my watch directly off the Panzera website, who kept me up-to-date with regular tracking updates. Shipping only took about 7 days, which I think was great considering the journey it made!

Genuinely over the moon with the quality of this timepiece. Did my research beforehand couldn't find fault with the company or their products so took the leap. The service from the team was first class. Bernadette was extremely helpful and attentive in answering any questions or concerns I had - particularly around shipping to Scotland - The watch arrived earlier than expected and that was over a weekend. 4 days from purchase to wrist. That's impeccable from other side of the world. Extremely proud to become part of the Panzera family and for this watch to be my first ever purchase in what I hope to be the start of a collection. If you like the look of any of the Panzera collections then just go for it! You won't regret it! Looking forward to enjoying many years with this beauty. ⏳

Australia-Uk ordered watch Monday delivery received Thursday. Excellent tracking on the whole journey. The A45Q watch exceeded my expectations. I haven’t worn a watch for years and this feels completely comfortable. Loving the 45 mm face, its nice and clear at a quick glance. I’m hooked. Thanks PANZERA think I’ll be ordering the 45C next.

I received my watch two months ago and the band is already broken. I’ve tried over and over to contact customer service with no success. Shipment was a week and a half late. If you want a real watch contact the nixon company out of Australia. Feel free to contact me. 9056915050

The watch arrived a day earlier than expected so a good start . It is great- looking and easy to adjust and it just remains to see how accurate it is

Im so pissed off with this company, I ordered a watch back on December 4th, 2023. I ordered this CLASSIVO 43C C43C-01BM2, and they said it wouldn't be able to ready to ship out until end of January. Come to find out they never had the material to begin with. Keep in mind I paid $600.00 upfront. Then they sent an email saying that it would send out at the end of January, now they are telling me March. Oh we are sorry, we can offer you a 5% discount on your watch for having to wait 3 months, but we still can't ship until March, we can send out a different watch other than what you wanted. Meanwhile, they also said that we sold out. Well (Why the heck did you let my order go through). This is bad business, these guys are letting people order products that they don't have, and this is not a good thing to do with customers who are paying and expecting products within a time frame.

Great value for money but not perfect. I have the Aquamarine Pacific 45. 2 star loss due to a) very bad at night ie you see almost nothing. b) watch runs fast ie every 4 days or so I need to reset it as it runs 2-3 min fast.

I ordered my first purchase on Monday morning and it arrived Friday morning from Australia to Scotland the whole process was updated daily advising of progress and tracking was excellent the watch itself was as described and I am more than happy with the purchase and currently look at ordering another 10/10 plus highly recomended

My son and I were gifted two PANZERA watches,after minimal use and no damage to the watches both stopped working. Was told to return to them and they would repair for the cost of parts, labor and return shipping. I will consider it a lesson learned and put them away. No PANZERA watches for me,ever again!!

Bought a watch including all taxes as PANZERA proudly advertises. When the watch arrived I got hit with an extra 110 euro tax. So much for all inclusive price. In the end I decided to pay the tax as it was a gift to be delivered the same day. I raised the issue with them but have had no reply . So probably this is my last purchase from them. So sorry PANZERA . It would have been better to spent your money in getting your facts right rather in those glitzy web ads

I purchased the A45 BLACK R16 in May. I wore it on weekends only so it didn't get much use. During early Oct while in our pool I noticed it not working so took it off. Once inside, I unscrewed the crown from the watch case to see if adjusting the time or date would fix it but upon doing so, the whole pin came out.

I contact customer service which was super responsive initially, but since returning the watch in mid Oct for analysis......nothing. I have contacted them numerous times only to be told that (i) there was no update from workshop, then (ii) the workshop had finished and it would be shipped, then (iii) the workshop is still inspecting the watch.

I now no longer believe I will get my watch back which is a big shame as I think they look great and reviews online where quite positive.

Shame about severe lack of the customer service and transparency. Good luck to any other people who buy from them. Unfortunately I would not recommend.

I placed an order on October 30 and never received the product. In fact, I have emailed the company multiple times. After finally getting a response they finally mail the product. The product arrived to DHL in Romulus, Michigan on December 18th. Now the product is missing from DHL. Again, I have email multiple times with information from DHL and again no response. I simple want my money back. The customer services is terrible and I will take this matter to the Better Business Bureau. In addition, I finally received my watch. I still do not understand why the process take so long but I’m happy with the watch

Bought an A45 26 months ago. It is losing 5 minutes a week. I wear it all the time so it's not from sitting without being wound.
Since there is a 2 year warranty, they are offering me $50 for the watch or I can send it to them and they will charge for repair and returning it to me.
Horrible customer service and sub par watch!
