Abysmal customer service and never got items.

I had placed two orders back in August; it said the panties would be delivered in November 2021. In December I reached out to the company through their customer service links on their website; I only got an email saying "we have placed a ticket on your behalf". So I tried hitting them up on Facebook. They saw my message and left it on "read" until I asked again.

They replied in December, asking if I was aware the orders I placed were for a fundraiser (yes I was, since I ordered in August knowing I would only get my items in November as they had said on the website when I ordered). Then, told me the panties were in production. Since then I haven't had any updates, and they're still ignoring me on FB (still on "read"!) - it's not like I ask them daily, this was my first message since they told me in December (two months ago) that my items were in production. There have been zero communications about any delays or anything; my orders' status on their website is "order received, we'll let you know when we process it". Pretty sure I lost $200+.

They didn't use my style quiz, underwear is the wrong material and style

At first the order was delivered to the wrong address, which wasn't their fault and they were quick to try to fix this and send me a new box. The second box must have just been an extra they had lying around? It didn't follow any of the preferences that I indicated in the style quiz. 2 pairs of underwear were materials that I told them that I did not want to receive (I asked for 90% cotton underwear, which was an option in their quiz) and the only pair that was the correct material was a style/cut that I told them that I do not wear, so now I've got 3 pairs of underwear that I don't like and won't wear that have to be exchanged. I'm going to see if they send me the correct thing this time, but I don't know why, I should have just asked for a refund.

Edit: I talked to someone at panty drop about being sent the wrong material and was told "The cotton question can be tricky for us to interpret as some people just mean they want soft, and others like yourself genuinely want all cotton. It is certainly a balance in making the boxes fun and meeting your needs." Which doesn't make sense given that in the quiz the two possible answers to the question are "I'm open to many as long as they are soft, comfortable, and breathable!" And "I need underwear that's 90% cotton or more!" Why would I choose the answer that indicates that I need cotton underwear if I didn't actually want/need cotton underwear??? Either way, don't expect them to take your preferences seriously, apparently the quiz is just for "fun" and has little effect on what they will actually send you. They changed my exchange to a refund, so I'm just going to send this crap back. The only reason why I went with them and not another company was because their site indicated that I could receive boxes with cotton underwear!

Knickers are ok,

Knickers are ok,

Word of warning do not order from England, paid £10 postage + £35 for 2 pairs of knickers.
Delivery cannot be made however as I had to pay a further £16 to the post office for a customer fee. Total of £26 to get some knickers sent from the US
