Husband&I went for a viewing. We were late, the agent Khrystyna S was patient and waited for us. Got a quick look at the unit. All well there. Received an email with link to apply. They want access to my bank account with Verifast instead of a legal credit check. No. The software doesn't capture name/password information, however it gives Panoramic Properties full administrative access to my bank account for 30 days.The bank doesn't have that access.
We're Canadian, live in Ontario and wanted to rent a unit.
