I ve been waiting for over a month for the pay pal transaction.i don't know what happened bur it is odd for a site not to have a communication email. If anyone knows an email or what happened please let me know
Payment to paypal
I requested payment to my paypal since 5/5 and it's been over a month now but I still haven't received the money, this isn't the first time I've done this, the previous times were fine
Account banned
I've been a member of Crowdology for a few years with no problems. Then out of the blue, just after I'd requested a payout, I was unable to log into my account. Contacted Crowdology support who responded quickly with a link to Cint support saying I'd need to take the matter up with them, which I did.
A week later a standard reply from Cint was trotted out saying I'd violated their terms and conditions (unable to explain exactly which ones) and that they'd deleted my account. Looks as though they will be hanging onto my payment too.
Unfortunately they, like many of these companies seem to always be looking for reasons not to pay up.
From reading the reviews here it looks like I'm not alone.

Overall, my experience on using cint platform has been great.
Banned for no reason
I have done many of their surveys, slowly and honestly and now am suddenly banned for no reason.
Avoid them
After claiming my money they deactivated my panelist account. They are not paying and they are not responding to your messages (and they just block your account without explanation).
Disgusting
Disgusting, depending on the panel you are based from they will obviously and evidently ignore your requests for assistance & they snoop and spy on people, a certain amount is REQUIRED but not like this where honest people are penalised, unpaid or banned or a combination thereof. Shame I mistakenly with this one didn't know before trying to ask reasonable requests that they were going to dismiss.

Ridiculous waste of Cint surveys. I spent 30 minutes or more completing the survey via Grabpoints and the final result said, unfortunately, you are not eligible for this survey after completing the survey. But why not say earlier you're not eligible? This has happened many times.
Terrible panels, CINT must be canceled
They delete they're OpinionAPP, and banning users for no reason (saying fraudulent/speedy survey answers). Its going bankrupt or something but they do this for a lot of people check out trustpilot and other reviews online. I was close to fifth 10$ withdrawal. One day they banned me. Support is almost unreachable. Cant reply in more than a week. DO NOT use this app or any of theyre panels.
Support Team Didn't Resolve The Issue Previously
I had an account since 2021 when I was living in another country and when I moved, I changed my address and country. I even have filled surveys in 2023, the customer service pointed me to another company Surveyeah in Italy (this company is based in Stockholm, Sweden) and of course the Italy office said this account is wrong. But I have a copy of the list of surveys I have filled and amounts paid but no Redeem button. I have emailed them about the Redeem button thinking it was a technical problem, which they could not resolved. All I want is for them to pay the rewards into the paypal address I provided so I can close the account. I have sent another enquiry today with a copy of all my surveys and credit history which can easily be checked.
Dreadful company
Quite possibly the worst survey company ever and it is a pretty crowded field.They DEDUCT money from your account refuse to pay you and then if you complain close your account!
My advice is not to have anything to do with them.

I just wanted to echo what many others have said. This site is a total scam. I had been happily completing surveys, always honestly and to be the best of my ability.
I tended to cash out regularly. I had £7.20 in my account. Monday I tried to log in and could not- all of a sudden, very odd. I emailed, and got a curt reply today saying I have violated my terms, my account is closed and I can not cash out!
This is disgusting. I have no idea what I have done and of course they will have passed all my answers on already!
Frankly I have no desire to have my account re-opened but at least I ought to be due the cash I earned in good faith- well from my end anyway.
I would also add that they often screen you out right at the end with no reward and have had so many issues with payments not being made, maybe it is for the best actually.
It is almost impossible to get help and support when something goes wrong too.
I think they have looked at who is cashing out a fair but and who has cash in their account and have just closed those accounts. It is too weird when I see here how many people have experienced this recently.

Cint - Scammed me in that they have not paid out .
I been with them years and I've just discovered that my account was blocked for Crowdology (which is owned by Cint).
Cint have not told be why and they waited until they owed me a lot of money and will not pay me.
There are lots of really great sites out their that pay correctly!!

I was really concerned when I was emailed to say I'd been removed from Cint because of activity violating their terms and conditions. I've been on another panel for years and have never had any problems and I couldn't understand what I'd done wrong. Now I feel much better, since they clearly just remove people for no reason whatsoever. Glad to see the back of them now!
Beware using this survey site
I have been a panellist for this company via Crowdology for many years and am at Diamond level. Suddenly I have been blocked from completing surveys from this company telling me I have violated their participation terms. This is absolutely appalling treatment. I have lost any monies I have accrued. The CINT support emails just repeatedly inform me I have broken their rules. They haven’t supplied me with the proof and details of my alleged rule breaking. Very angry and upset and this treatment.

After over 10 years of doing surveys with CINT panels they sent me this email today out of the blue.
We regret to inform you that our systems have identified activity that violates Cint's Participant Terms & Conditions for Panel Membership. As a result, we have deactivated your panelist account, and you will no longer have access to log in, participate in surveys or other research programs, or redeem any rewards.
This decision was made after a comprehensive review of your account(s) by our quality team and cannot be reversed.
After reading comments by other users it is quite clear that they are getting rid of users for no reason. They send generic emails so it's obvious they have no reason to ban people from accounts. They say surveys take 10 minutes that take 20, or 20 then take 30 so if anything they are the ones doing wrong as paying people less than they should.
They seem to hate their members
Similar to many others on here, I was a member for more than 10 years, faithfully taking surveys and obeying all the rules. Earlier this year they told me I had marked their survey invites as Spam (not true) and closed my account. I got that straightened out and a couple of months later, they suspended my account and made me start a new account with a different email address. Last week, the same thing happened and when they finally answered me, I was given that same form message about violating their rules and permanently kicking me off, taking the money I had worked hard to earn this year with them.

For some reason Cint have just stopped me doing surveys at survey sites that I have used for several years, without giving any reason. I have emailed them but they don't have the courtesy of replying. I am now unable to access sites which I really like & where I have been a good customer for nearly 10 years!!
Update- Have now received a reply from Cint. Still don't know what I've done wrong though:-
