Very bad service
The service of this hosting is very poor, I purchased 8gb ram server on there hosting first this the payment gateway its just a upi qr code where you send the money and enter upi transaction id and then go to there discord server make ticket after that wait for staff to see ticket and tell them to verify and if you bought server after 23:00 or 24:00 IST you server won't be activated till next morning. Then wait 1 hour till the container builds and you get access to username and password for the panel website to login and get the pterodactyl panel access. After getting server there was a problem with container it was blocking udp connection I was trying everything to solve geyser then found out that the problem was with the firewall of container and had to create ticket again waited 1 day then when they saw the ticket they changed the node after that server was running then again after 1-2 days started having problem with server crashing and restarting every 1 hour caused by no defined jvm argument for garbage collection and there isn't option to change jvm argument again created ticket sent new jvm argument server fixed. After some days the panel was not reachable there website and panel both were down then after some time there server got down there whole hosting was down took 1 week to start again then when tried to login invalid credentials, created ticket got it fixed, then looked at the files its was clean no files there full data loss, got to ticket got the data back, ran for sometime then again at evening the panel logged me out the credentials issue was back again yours beloved ticket got everything fixed, server was running good for 1-2 days the node my server was in got problem the server was off for 2.5 days createe ticket for getting the data or changing the node there were like the server is not reachable we can't do anything I just let it go made my own server in my hardware got it running in the meantime when it got online i download my data switched off the server and i am not using there service ever again.
