Scammers - Temu product for high price
Never ever use this company . They are totally SCAMMERS. Purchased led kit and it never works. Honestly one of the worst purchases I’ve made. Nothing as they advertise. Brightness is uneven , some strips are dim while others randomly flicker . Doesn’t sit in the gap of panels and keeps falling off . Installation was confusing with unclear/no instructions and remote control which never works. After few days parts of strip stopped working entirely. Feels super cheap like a temu product and not worth the money at all . On top of the poor quality , staff were completely unhelpful . The lady who attended the call doesn’t have any idea about their own product , couldn’t answer even basic questions . Kept on hold for long after attending . It felt like they were just guessing rather than actually understanding what they were selling. They can’t take it back or give me refund since I fitted it . They refused to take the responsibility. How could I make them understand it STOPPED WORKING after fitting within few days ! It’s not like I damaged it myself . Instead of actually listening, they just kept repeating the same excuse. Very disappointing service and product . Unhelpful, poorly trained staff and zero accountability when something goes wrong . Overall very frustrating experience.

Our experience with PanelHub just couldn't be better- we had a good deal on the panels we needed, we found the right colour, delivery cost was just right and it was very quick (mentioning that we live in NI and the order came from mainland). Delivery driver was also very kind and contacted us with a time frame he will arrive.
Would we buy again? - 100% yes!!!

The happiest purchase I've had in a very long time!
I did not expect the quality of the product to be so great! It's a premium product with the best customer experience I've had in a very long time.
When I placed an order, I was a little sceptical due to low price. I received a call from Panel Hub to say they have received my order and what to expect next, and before the delivery I received a tracking number. Communication was very quick, and all my questions were answered within minutes! Delivery was handles with upmost care. If every company has this level of customer service, from the lively staff on the phone, through email and delivery service we would love in a better world!

Panel Hub all the way
Had a very positive experience with Panel Hub. They did the extended lengths I needed, not just the standard length all the other companies seemed to do, which meant I had less waste. Delivery was within 5 days of ordering and I was kept updated constantly. I missed a call from them confirming delivery but they left a pleasant message and I could contact them back with any problems. The driver arrived exactly as indicated and was very amenable. Fitting the panels was a dream (even for a middle aged, losing the DIY enthusiasm, female). They cut really well and I used both silicone and black screws, with no issues. Took no time at all to complete and the difference it's made to my son's bedroom is incredible. Wouldn't hesitate to use boards from Panel Hub again and am trying to think of where I can do so. Thank you!
