Smooth process, helpful costumer service
I placed my first order right after Christmas. The delivery took a bit longer and one item was missing from the package when it arrived. The customer service was very helpful and sent the missing item immediately. My next order went smoothly and was delivered just two days after I placed the order.

My order was cancelled after delivery…
My order was cancelled after delivery attempt 10. I wasted a lot of time waiting for delivery, they would come at 10 pm to my office, when I couldn’t be there anymore. Or on the times I was there, the driver didn’t have the food with him (sorting mistake)

I purchased 8 Cellplastkartong 70x100 svart and when they came the box was ripped and the corners of all of them were bent. The colleagues I purchased them for decided to not return them, but we were all disappointed in the condition they were received. They are expensive, but regardless of the price we should receive mailed purchases in new condition, not damaged.

Good jewelry components
