Shocking customer service
I ordered fabric from Pandoras Upholstery but received another customer's order instead. The parcel was correctly addressed to me, yet the contents and delivery note belonged to someone else, so the packing error was clearly theirs. I reported it honestly and accepted a refund. I've since discovered they've blocked me from ordering again. Mistakes happen, but penalising a customer for your own error is unfair and extremely disappointing customer service.
