Joy just helped me with renewing my birth control prescription. She was extremely helpful and friendly.

I have yet to have had any issues with Pandia Health. I've been with them for at least a couple of years at this point, and I recommend them to anyone looking for a birth control service. They've prescribed a years worth of birth control to me, which is great. I've never had to worry about running out. They also send taffy candy and other little gifts sometimes!!

I'm going to Pandia Health for HRT. I'll tell you all, they are the best!!! I see where some people say they send a bunch of messages, charge you money, that's called COMMUNICATION!!! They want to make SURE that their patients needs are CLEARLY met. As far as the money part, all insurances & pharmacies are different & can make things VERY difficult. I'm experiencing this right now. They want to make sure you get the medication you need & in a timely manner. So in order for me to get my prescription it's going to cost me out of pocket this month. So after many texts, their COMPASSIONATE team were able to get a solution for my needs. I've been going to them for over a year now. I want to thank Joy Soriano, Dr. Eve Shapiro, Citi Icuspit, Michael Bersamira for being so understanding, patient & compassionate about my situation & care.

This is my first time using this type of service and Kaye assisted me with updating my account and made the process easy. Immediate response to my text and clear communication! Simple! Customer support like her is worth staying with a company! Thank you Kaye!

My birth control didn’t get delivered and they helped me with replacements as well as a rushed order to my nearest pharmacy! Arnie was very helpful, quick, and answered all of my questions!

my situation was complicated and I worked with several agents trying to figure out why my prescription, which was supposed to last me until March, was out of refills at the end of December. after speaking with my pharmacist I found that there was an entry error made when the script was written, and Joy, the agent who suggested I contact the pharmacy to find out what was happening on their end, went above and beyond and reached out directly toy pharmacist after I told her what the pharmacist said, and was able to get it all straightened out for me. unfortunately, the agent I spoke to after my first conversation with Joy and before my final conversation with Joy only told me I'd need to pay for my annual renewal despite the prescription being valid until March. she wouldn't look into what was going on with the pharmacy but Joy did not hesitate and was focused on getting a fair & appropriate resolution for me. she was a pleasure to talk with and she is the epitome of stellar customer service. I was considering trying another service when my prescription was up but because of how kind and helpful Joy was, I am excited to be sticking with Pandia for another year!

The platform is excellent and very responsive. The doctor took the time to ask me to explain more about my situation, which I really appreciated. It showed that she wasn’t just prescribing something generic, but thoughtfully choosing what best fit my needs. They also clearly explained what was covered by my insurance and what other options were available to me. I’m truly grateful to have access to this service so quickly. Thank you 😊

Something I think Pandia Health is very great at is communication. They send me texts about my birth control refills, ask me how much I have left (so that I never need to worry about running out and missing days), and also inform me of other things they offer (like EC). I have used a different birth control company in the past, who was very difficult to get a hold of and ended up closing, so I really appreciate that Pandia’s team responds pretty quickly to my texts and always answers any questions I have. [Especially Merry through text messaging, and Alex who asked if I could please leave a review!]

They are easy to use. They also check in with you before refilling to make sure nothing has changed, health wise or insurance. Instant chat is super efficient. I have been using them for over three years. It is the easiest way to get birth control pills. My most recent experience was with Michael. Super easy and efficient instant chat.

The services are quick, easy and most importantly reliable! I like that it comes within a week and you provide information on what you give me all the time and all the reminders for the refill is a great service too.

They are very convient for me with as much as I have to work and don’t have time to see a doctor to re up my prescription. Whenever I have any questions, there is always someone that I am able to talk to.
