Disappointing
Honestly, I’m very disappointed with my experience. I wanted to surprise someone for Christmas by sending them some snacks from Pandasia, so I asked if they could include a note for the recipient in the package. They agreed, but later I received an email saying that three of the items I ordered were out of stock and asking if they could be replaced with other flavors.
I initially wanted to cancel the order because I didn’t really like the alternative options, but I decided to give them a chance anyway. After a few days, I received a partial refund, so I assumed they had refunded the price difference because the replacement items were cheaper or something.
Unfortunately, a few days later I received another email saying they had not included the note I requested and had also forgotten to include the three replacement items altogether, which was a complete bummer. They offered to send those three items at their own expense, but honestly, it would just be an inconvenience to travel to the city again just to pick them up.
Overall, I’m very disappointed :(

This is 100% our mistake. We did not handle your order well enough, and we completely understand your disappointment, especially since it was meant to be a Christmas surprise. Forgetting both the note and the replacement items is simply not good enough.
