I ordered a bike through them right as USA's first permutation of the tarrif fiasco took place and they were kind enough to take care of me and also ship everything quickly. Communication throughout that period was super efficient and open. The quality of everything was spot on and will definitely be returning for new stuff as well

As a first time customer on this website and a relatively young customer, with no responsibilities and trying to find cheap but reliable and authentic components, I'd say that panda podium is a really good online store for that. I'd also like to point out that their community service is on point as I texted them throughout Chinese New years and they left an automated bot, messaging me back with a response saying, they'll get back to me once the holidays are over and sure thing, they messaged me the same day they told me they were.

Made one purchase so far, L-TWOO 1x11 gravel groupset. The product was delivered on time and packaged well. I had a few questions which the team at Panda Podium answered quickly. It's a reliable and good source for China cycling products.

Buying an integrated handlebar these days can be confusing. I appreciated the help from staff pointing me to the EXS Aerover bar — it’s an amazing piece of equipment and by far the best bar I’ve ever used. It’s so good I ordered two more — one for my gravel bike and one for my girlfriend’s bike.

Picture it: ordered a crank based power meter, got the order confirmation but in the meantime decided to try a different crank length. Sent a message and within hours had a reply confirming it was possible and had already been updated and was ready to ship. Not even giants like Amazon can get this stuff right!

New favourite place to buy gear I can be sure is geniune and appears to be backed by Joe. I'm going for the CRW bar/stem to replace my Seka cockpit next as mine is too short.

I had been considering Chinese wheelsets for the Fairlight Strael I was building. I was really leery of purchasing because I did not know enough about the brands. I stumbled across Panda Podium. Once I discovered what they were about and read reviews my concerns and confusion were gone. i felt confident buying from them. I am now enjoying a 1400g set of 9Velo GV45s. I will definitely use them again!

I've purchased a frame and integrated bar from Panda Podium and had a very positive experience. I had several questions as part of my engagement and the comms was good.
