This is the second time of using Panda Parken and it still has not disappointed. Easy arrival process, with clear instructions of where to park and how to check in. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. There is a stream lined process of checking in and then boarding the bus. On my return journey and having picked up my luggage, I alerted the company I had arrived. By the time I had walked the 3 or 4 minutes to the pick up point, the driver was already there waiting for me. It's a super service which I'll be forever using now I've found them.

My husband and I love to travel, even we are, let's say "elderly people". The less we need is any kind of stress .That's the reason why we love to use the Service of "PANDA-Parken", because -and this is really true- we had always a perfect Service! AND it is such a kindly, helpful team(my husband sometimes has a problem with walking) that is incredible. Thank You and sure until next time .

I like the stuff members and the way how to whole process is. What I didnt like that my car was dirty from cutted grass which was probably cutted near my car during the parking. It was difficult to clean it.

Flawless process, no waiting time and friendly Service.

It was unbelievably fantastic. We arrived early morning, around 4.30 and concerned about everything, how to leave the car, thr key safely, to reach the airport in time. We should not have been worried at all: everything was going fast and smoothly with polite aid and even in Hungarian. Same happened at return flight. From the moment we have got our luggages to sit in our car took about 15-20 minutes incl. payment. In case of any next flight from Vienna, nobody else but Panda Parking!

I was very disappointed and strongly discouraging from using this parking facility. After parking my car there for about 2 weeks I came back to find it scratched on both front sides, unfortunately this was discovered later but I contacted the parking to check their cameras and ask for their assistance. However, their response was that the car was scratched before entering the parking lot, but no pictures could be provided except only one, which shows a slight scratch but not similar at all. So I kindly asked them to investigate further, but they remained silent and no further assistance or accountability from the parking lot management was provided. Their lack of security and customer service is unacceptable and it is clear that they do not value the security of their customers' vehicles. However, the most shocking thing is that if something like this happens, they don't even indicate it to the client. So if you decide to use their services, I suggest you learn from the mistakes of others and check your car before leaving the parking lot as it wouldn't be the first time they had damaged someone's car and keep quiet. Frankly, it's not worth saving a few euros as you can park your car on your own at the C lot next to the airport.

Perfect organisation and timing even during the night hours.

The only think I was not satisfied was that you send all the instructions in German. Could be usefull to have it in English or at least bilingual. I had to translate everything in Google translator.
