I got a used car that needed a very deep cleaning. I reached out to panda hub discussed my needs and wants for maybe a few days before actually booking the appointment. They were nice and explained everything. I went ahead and started the booking process and picked a service provider that was the only one available in my area and I also took a look at their profile and love their work. I ended up booking and they told me to wait until the provider excepted the job. They text me a little shortly after and said it was accepted, and they will be there the next day when that provider came they were really nice. They end up doing the car or starting the car at 11:30 AM they were done are set. They were done around 2:30. I walked to the car and I only checked the front and immediately noticed there was no shine to any black interior that was in the car. That is the first thing that I noticed, I did inform them. Hey, there’s no shine on those black trimmings. Can we please go ahead and get that done the provider which name was Chris stated oh that was optional per customer. I did kindly inform him that no it wasn’t an optional service. It is included in their black package so he went. He went ahead and did that or so I thought by the time 3 o’clock hit I noticed that he never came back to talk to me or anything mind you my garage is wide open and I’ve had very open and calm communication with him since arrival. I walk out to the car and noticed that he was gone. He completely left without saying anything to me without me checking his work or anything when I open up my car I seen that he did not shampoo. The carpets did not remove any rugs and shampooed did not wipe down my white seats at all barely cleaned. My windows barely apply trimming to the front part of my plastic part of the car apply not trimming to the bumper when I looked in the car and the trimmer that I initially went to the car and seen that it was none. He only applied it to the second row, and then the rest of the trimming oil was splattered on the rest of the car and not even rubbed in I immediately contacted panda hub before the end of the day and they gave me the runaround. The text that is following. This is my last communication to them because in all actuality the original service provider that I chose from the site never even got a chance to accept the job. They waited and they switched to another provider because he was unavailable or unable to respond within 30 minutes which they never informed me that they switch providers or anything because if they would’ve, I would’ve waited for that provider that I chose so I was able to reach out to the provider that I assumed did my car and it wasn’t even that provider and he reached out to me same day with a resolution and came and offered to fix their issue for Free until it was resolved on their end so he came out of the goodness of his heart to provide those services the very next day free of charge until panda hub figured out or handled the payment situation to from the provider that they sent, and they did not complete the job! Below is a email that I sent to them after Jimmy, which was the original car detailer that I booked with completed such an amazing job

As mentioned in my previous email, I trust that you will demonstrate the appropriate level of respect and appreciation for his services today. He has taken the initiative to resolve the issue at hand, despite the lack of effort from your team since Friday.

He went above and beyond to protect your reputation and name, even without a guarantee of payment resolution from you today. He offered his services free of charge until you addressed your mistake, as he did not want your name or his company to suffer any negative consequences. I appreciate his willingness to do so, and I hope you will reciprocate his appreciation.

In contrast, your company offered a $25 credit for the “next time service” and a $40 refund for a $470 service that was bare minimum and incomplete. This is a stark contrast to the free services he provided.

He offered his services without expecting a resolution today, as your team has consistently provided low-effort resolutions and failed to rebook a company to address the failure of a service that occurred on Friday, even when you were contacted immediately before the end of the day.

He valued your reputation so highly that he was willing to cover the costs and time until the issue was resolved.

Consequently, I am not requesting that you disclose any confidential information regarding payment. Instead, I am requesting a clear statement that he will be fully compensated for his services, not paid under a rebook or a follow-up. The job on Friday was not completed at all, so I want a clear statement that he will be paid for the original full services portion of your contract with him and the additional $100 biohazard fee that I was charged.

Kamran and their associate did a great job on my car. It was definitely much cleaner then I expected especially in my job field ( dog walker) , I had alot of dog hair and they managed to remove practically all of it . Thank you so much !

Easy to schedule, came to my office and did the work. Pleasant, professional service person did good work.

I paid for the heavy pet hair removal and was not disappointed. There was pet hair that had gotten into many crevices of the car. It was throughly taken care of. I also had some white seats that were not so white anymore. The seats were almost entirely brought back to their original white. They look so much better than I thought was be possible...as close to new looking as I think was possible. :)

James was very professional, punctual, and took no extra time to make sure we were taken care of.

Manmohit kept me informed on his arrival and was on time. Was very professional, finished in a timely fashion and cleaned up after himself. He did a good job, although he could benefit from a little more eye to detail such as water marks. Other than that everything about the experience was great.
