I absolutely love P &Co clothes, but if anything goes wrong with your order or if you have a question which needs an answer forget it !! On P&Co’s website they advertise they have a live chat service. Unfortunately, on the 3 occasions I have had to contact P&Co about my loyalty points, their auto bot, states that someone will get back to me but no one ever has. It’s such a shame their customer service is so poor because their clothes are great.
Update 10.05.26
Thank you for taking the time to respond to my original review. I appreciate finally receiving a reply, and I’m glad the points from my previous order have now been refunded.
However, my overall experience hasn’t improved, as the redeeming functionality on my account still isn’t working. I followed the steps advised by Beau and attempted to use the refunded voucher codes again, but each one is still coming up as “invalid”.
I currently have 3,639 points and would like to redeem £35 on my order, but the system only allows one code at a time (£20, £10 or £5). This means that, even if the codes worked, I would have to place three separate orders and pay three separate delivery charges. For anyone purchasing items under £70, this results in additional shipping fees of £2.99–£7.99 each time, which feels unfair and ultimately leaves the customer out of pocket.
While I appreciate the refund, the ongoing technical issues and the inability to use multiple codes in one transaction have made the process far more complicated than it should be. I hope this is something the company will review, as it significantly impacts the customer experience.

Reply from P&Co
I have made several orders with P&Co and all items are top quality, never had a problem when retuning refunds have always been fast, I was mistakenly charged for Principal pin as it should have been free with my order and they refunded the money with no problems, the communication is great, and just love the clothes
Hello! I've ordered a belt, and it came FULLY BROKEN. Right now support is ignoring me and it's not possible to have a live chat or call them, it's been over a week and I hear no response from them. If you order and something is wrong, know that you will get NO SUPPORT after purchase. Hopefully, they can contact me here at least; I'm still waiting for the support to reply!!
Order No. #579228
Update, after a week they've contacted me and provided a proper solution that suit everyone.
P and Co made a very small error that i didnt notice. They soon contacted me, explained what had happened and compensated me. I was not expecting such good customer care and I was very impressed. All my purchases have been properly dealt with and I believe P and Co genuinely care about their customers.
“I love their clothes—great quality, killer lookbook, and the whole vibe just feels right. Had a shipping mix-up but they fixed it fast and got me a replacement right away. Super responsive team. Highly recommend!”
Very good customer service, prompt response when my item was lost in transit.
Excellent customer service. Team was very friendly, approachable, and helpful. They went above and beyond ordering a denim smock from the factory that was unavailable in the states. They ensured timely delivery and communicated every step of the process.
Amazing customer service. Hosted P&co for a sample sale at Side Street and could not have had a better experience with them. The quality of their garments is amazing (would of bought everything if I could) and the guys behind the brand were just so warm and friendly. Will definitely be purchasing more in the future.
Always great
Purchased from them multiple times and never had any issues! Great quality, lovely designs.
Went to the Manchester pop up sample sale today and the staff were lovely and friendly!
i recently had an issue with a purchase from p&co, but their support team was incredibly helpful. beau reached out very quickly after i contacted them and offered several solutions to fix the problem. i chose a refund, and the whole process was handled professionally and without any stress.
it is great to see a brand that truly stands behind its products and cares about its customers. i will definitely shop here again!
Super quick response to a emailed query, answered my question and offered a solution. Very helpful indeed.
I had a T-shirt I loved the look of and the fit but noticed it was faulty on arrival. I contacted the team and they arranged a replacement straight away, no annoying questions, simple as that.
Absolutely love their pants although it took me awhile to get the right size. Sadly I have purchased two pairs that are too big until I sized down (against their website recommendations) and now I have one that fits perfectly. They are high quality clothes with a unique aesthetic that I love
A genuinely awful company. Avoid.
Ordering - great. Anything else - woeful to the point that it appears to be part of their business model.
Sent the wrong product, won’t respond to emails, makes you sign up for an account in order to even access returns, then charges you to return the incorrect product they sent, and even then it’s subject to manual approval.
Good clothes, absolutely abject company. Shop elsewhere. You’ll end up with the wrong item, out of pocket and waiting for the non-existent customer service team to notice your existence.
Very disappointing experience for a brand in this price range.
I followed P&Co’s size guide exactly and received a pair of trousers that was far too large. To exchange it, I had to pay €20 for the return, which is already excessive.
They advertise an “instant exchange”, but this is clearly misleading. After 5+ days, the replacement item has still not even been handed over to the courier. It appears they are waiting for the return first, which directly contradicts their own promise.
The return process is outsourced to a third party (Reveni), who then redirects you back to P&Co when something goes wrong. As a result, you are left stuck between two parties with no clear ownership or support.
To make things worse, the only return method offered is via FedEx, with the nearest drop-off point being a 45-minute drive one way. Expecting customers to spend 1.5 hours returning an item they already paid €20 for is simply unreasonable.
For a premium-priced brand, this level of service is unacceptable. Many other retailers offer far smoother return processes (easy drop-offs, QR codes, no printing), which makes this experience feel outdated and unnecessarily complicated.
Nice-looking clothes, but the sizing, return costs and overall customer experience are not up to standard. I would not order again.
Update – 09/04:
The situation has only gotten worse since my original review.
My replacement item eventually arrived, yet nearly two weeks later this issue is still not resolved because neither P&Co nor Reveni seems capable of offering basic customer service.
I have now contacted both companies multiple times and still have not received a proper response from an actual person. P&Co promises replies within 48 hours but has ignored me for over a week. Reveni continues sending useless automated copy-paste responses redirecting me elsewhere.
Meanwhile, I am repeatedly receiving automated reminders and threats of additional charges if I do not return the original item—despite the fact that I have explained over and over that the only return option provided requires a 45-minute drive ONE WAY to a FedEx drop-off point.
Let that sink in: I already paid €20 for this return, have spent weeks chasing both companies for help, and am now being threatened with extra fees because neither company can be bothered to provide a realistic solution.
For a supposedly premium clothing brand, this level of service is honestly embarrassing. I have never experienced customer service this poor from any online retailer.
At this point I can only conclude that P&Co’s aftercare is completely unacceptable, and I will absolutely never order from them again.
Recently purchased the red five panel cap from P&Co, my first purchase. I’m delighted with the quality of the cap and the detailed tracking advice. Will definitely buy from this company again soon.
Fantastic customer service. Absolutely rapid response. The items are high quality and use good materials. Would defo recommend
The products are really good quality and are unique in design. My query with Customer Support was dealt with promptly and efficiently.
Worst online shopping experience ever! ! bought two pairs of trousers in size 8UK, which is my usual size. I took the first pair to evaluate the quality and style, and liked them, so I bought another pair from the same line... and it was a disaster: jeans with zero stretch, super tight around the waist, almost suffocating.
I tried to contact customer service for an exchange, but NO ONE bothered to reply.
Over 50 days, I contacted the company through every channel possible: Facebook, Instagram DMs, emails... NOT A SINGLE RESPONSE. Zero customer consideration. I don't recommend anyone dealing with such shameful customer service. I want my money back!Never again!
PS: my order is #553584
Update: I'm still waiting for an email trom you after contacting you again yesterday and leaving my order number on this post as well.
Are you serious guys?!
Update 24/03/26: I'm still waiting an no one replied me! 😡
